   Been using darios for years, recently just seemed to of got worse and last night was the final straw. 2 hours and 20 mins for the food to be delivered and when I got it, it was absolutely stone cold. I rang them up and told them I wanted a refund which the young girl promised I would get and a driver would come and pick up the order which I replied that was fine. No 1 came to get the pizza and no refund. Won't be using again. Edit: The owner got in touch with me and initiated a refund after coming to collect the food a day later (good job I didn't throw it all away)

   This would have been a 5star review as the food was presented really well tasted amazing and was priced well, unfortunately a short time after eating me and my partner both became very ill with it being confirmed as food poisoning. Very disappointing

   Not like it used to be. We had kebabs and the meat in all of them was so dry it was almost inedible. Cheesy chips was chips sat on a bed of coagulated cheese. Only saving grace was the pizza was ok. Order was supposed to be ready within 25 minutes but it took 45 minutes.

   Had a fantastic calzone from Dario's Pizza in Sowerby Bridge centre tonight! It was absolutely packed with meat and so tasty. At just £9, it's seriously good value for money. Highly recommend!

   Took hours to come.. driver checked his boot and drive off, then cam back another 30mins later with a stone cold pizza, the person in the other side of the phone was rude and expected us to pay for it all, after been a loyal customer for years we won't be using them again EDITED IN REPLY TO OWNERS COMMENTS.. Our Neighbours was in the garden when the delivery driver arrived, he didn't even approach the door, he opened his boot looked at his receipt and drive off, we have this on a ring Door bell camera form a neighbour . And look at the reply you get form the owner, its appalling bad customer service, we have proof of all wrong doing and will happily show anyone who wants to see it.

   Food has got better again but don’t let them deliver as it’s a waste of time. Nearly 2hrs for food. Will never order to deliver again. 11-02-2023 Tried them again to to see if they had sorted issues. Sent cold food back as late to deliver. No customer service regarding cold food. Last and final time I buy from them.

   Good service and prices but the pizza was horrible. Heavy dough slapped together with bland chunks of chicken. Go next door.

   Decent pizza to have whilst watching football. Went for the Quattro formaggio; Cheese was nice and tangy and base was ok but would have preferred base to be slightly more fermented and be more light fluffy and Airy. Ordered over phone for collection and paid contactless when collected. Customer service was exceptional. Decent pizza joint and not too pricey ❤️
