DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, just paid £25 for my order on their website and no food has come. Phoned up the place and the man on the phone was very rude, refused to give refund or send a replacement. Sort yourself out.
Ordered a mix donner all salads and garlic Sauce XL for £13 it was dry not much meat a leaf of Lettuce a sprinkle of sauce unfortunately I will be not ordering from This place again
Ordered an extra large kebab, took over an hour and 45 mins to turn up. Over 40 mins late but that was fine. As well as the kebab ordered garlic sauce which didn’t arrive with the order hence it was dry. Rang and by now it was cold told the sauce will be with me in 10 mins. Rang half hour later on the phone to them the sauce arrived, oh in the smallest container they do it never even covered a quarter of the kebab. Not a happy customer as spent over £24 and service wasn’t up to standard.
OK, so I'm not sure who has now taken over Pizza Palace, but you're not doing a very good job!! I've been a regular customer for years. I placed an order last night for nearly £30, money taken, order confirmed, nothing turned up, nobody answered the phone. Then you closed. Voicemail and several calls today, and I'm still waiting for a response from the so called manager, who isn't in tonight, and the staff on site have forwarded him my order information and are still awaiting a response from him as to whether I can receive my food tonight or get a refund!!! What an absolute joke! Listen mate, if you are in charge and don't delegate responsibilities for your staff to make decisions in your absence, then you are seriously in the wrong position. If you paid for a £30 tshirt and didn't receive it, and was told by the seller, oh sorry, I'm keeping your money, and I can't send you what you have paid for until possibly tomorrow when my manager finally responds with further instruction, i am positove you wouldnt be happy would you???. It has been confirmed you know about last night's mess up, and you have still done NOTHING, except clog up your phone line, and created unnecessary phone calls from me to your staff members. Keep the food, I want my money back in cash and will be there to collect tomorrow evening. Have it ready please!!!! Perhaps that's something you're actually capable of doing, because you certainly can't fulfill a food order and delivery!
Food is nice, but when ordering for me and someone we both wanted pots of sauce and I think £2.55 for a small pot of chilli Sauce is a bit expensive considering if we wanted it on the kebab instead there would be no extra charge? But when asking about that previously that’s not been an option. Food nice but bit disappointed with the price of just the sauce really.
We ordered through uber eats as the delivery said 10-30 minutes and we needed something quickly. The food took two hours to arrive, despite speaking to the restaurant twice and being assured it would be within half an hour, then 15 minutes. When it finally arrived, it was dried up and not very tasty. Within 10 minutes of my husband eating the burger, he was sick and is still continuing to vomit an hour later. Safe to say we will not be ordering from here again.
Terrible takeaway this evening! I ordered at 7.30pm because it said delivery would be between 7.40pm and 8pm. I hadnt received my order at ipm and it then updated to say between 8.05 & 8.25pm. It still hadnt arrived by 20.35 so i called them and was told not even started my order in the kitchen. I was told food would be with me in 30mins though. 9.25pm and still not received my food so i called again and told order leaving now. I live 5 minutes drive away but received my order 9.55pm..30minutes later! And my order was 2 hours late! So unhappy with being so late - ruined my evening and unhappy fobbed off when i called them. In addition to all this, i didnt receive chicken i ordered, no sauce or coleslaw with the kebab either - so was very bland and not even luke warm when it did arrive. Very disappointed with Pizza Palace this evening and would not recommend to others!
