Food was awesome! Delivery driver was much better than what I’m used used to!! Would definitely recommend ordering from here!
Absolutely shocking service by the delivery driver 13.11.2025 at 19.15 Received a call to say delivery was outside went to door and nobody was there walked out to the road and acar was parked blocking the entire road. The driver opened the passenger window and shouted "oh you, come here" and threw the pizza through his window at me . I said " what do mean come here and he lied about knocking the door for 10 mins . I checked the camera and he had been parked for 1 minute and did not attempt to leave his white vw golf . He then wheelspan off up the road. We will not using them again as they are not even answering the phone!!!!!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered from Pizza Hut Cardiff East (36 Countisbury Ave) and received a pizza that was completely undercooked and raw inside. When I called the restaurant two minutes after delivery, the staff told me they “don’t believe me” and refused to even look at the photos I offered to send. No help, no apology, nothing. I’m a pizza chef with over 10 years of experience, and I can clearly say this pizza was raw. Even ChatGPT AI confirmed it from the photos. The pizza went straight to the bin, and I had to order from Domino’s instead. Horrible customer service, no professionalism whatsoever. Never ordering from this branch again.
Ordered a large meaty pizza and onion rings for delivery. Turned up on time and pizza was lovely with plenty of toppings. Onion rings, however, were poor. Soggy, sad looking and just didn't taste nice...like chewy cardboard. Was a shame but at least the pizza was decent
Ordered a takeaway from Pizza Hut recently and was really pleased. The service was great – the staff were friendly and efficient when I placed my order. I also felt like I got good value for my money; the pizza was tasty and there was plenty of it. It definitely hit the spot and I'd happily order from the again for a convenient and satisfying meal. Staff are friendly and we're very welcoming.
Worst experiance ever.... they have started a new business out of the same shop wing street only available on home delivery, same menu items as pizza hut at 3 times the price.. portion so small its laughable meal for 4 people 7 wings microwaved 7 cold cheese triangle 14 tiny chicken chunks and the coldest wedges undercooked lightly toped with the worst bacon and cheese finished off in the microwave. The brownie served with melted icecream and everything was in over sized packaging stick to pizza you can just about do that right
Waiting an hour and half for delivery, rang Pizza Hut and no delivery driver!!! Why take delivery’s if you have no driver! Had to collect food that,I was told was cooked fresh- Freezing cold, dry chicken pieces, nachos stale where they had been left for so long! Never would I order from here again! Waste of money and time!! Would have a faster service going to Asda and doing the job myself! Ruined family night! Thank you Pizza Hut!
Pizza ordered online, delivery estimate was 25 minutes. After an hour I called the branch and was told it had 'just left' and was now with Deliveroo so couldn't be cancelled/refunded (Deliveroo were not mentioned anywhere on the website, I had assumed Pizza Hut still had their own drivers). Eventually pizza turned up 90 minutes after ordering, stone cold and inedible. I spoke to head office who fobbed me off with a non apology and a £10 voucher rather than a refund. Wish I'd stuck with our usual pizza chain.
Absolutely no customer service…. Delivered pizza cold and over cooked. When I rang I was told pizza would be replaced but I had to collect or wait another hour as they had no drivers. So when asked for a refund I was told no and to ring head office. Safe to say sometimes franchising just doesn’t work.
