I've been ordering from here for years and portion sizes have been amazing I've moved away from area so only go in every couple of weeks you'd think like to keep there regulars happy but food today was appalling paid £19 for 2 supposed x large kebabs and they are definitely not x large its appauling should be ashamed more like a small not a x large

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE! I ordered on the website, it was giving me live updates and said my delivery should be with me at a certain time. 20 minutes go by so i ring the place and he asked where i ordered it from and i said the website and all he said was “well if i was you i would get a refund” in a bad tone. He said they don’t take orders from the website any more. I then asked how to get a refund as there was no option to cancel or get a refund and he said he don’t know whilst just chatting to his co workers. I have seen so many bad reviews on this place. They are not worth our money! Still don’t know how i am going to get this refund. I will have to ring my bank.
Took an hour and a half to arrive, stone cold and also burnt/overcooked, they'd clearly ignored all the notes on the order, and the delivery guy (employed by the restaurant, not a courier) asked me to call the restaurant to apologise for having no battery on his phone. Won't be ordering again.
£6 for a halloumi wrap with no sauce & no salad. Just unseasoned, soggy haloumi in a wet wrap. Looked more like a folded piece of paper than food, it was so thin you could've eaten it with your mouth closed. These people are pure scammers. The website says wraps are "served with salad", but the guy on the phone seemed to think you had to specifically ask for the salad....... first day on the job huh buddy? Never before have I received a takeaway order so pathetic that it made me audibly laugh. These people are giving the City of New York a bad name, and thats coming from someone who hates America. Shamin, absolutely shamin.
Not real fried chicken, order was wrong burger. Chips undercooked and soggy. Pizza was unpleasant.
They never ever answer the phone. To edit my order but other than that it’s good.
Ordered 2 pizzas. They tasted cheap, oh well. I don’t often complain. But the issue was after every time I had a slice or two I felt very ill. I’m concerned about how this is made and kept aswell as the ingredients used. AVOID AVOID AVOID
The chicken kebab was amazing and I would say it’s the best in Cardiff. And the management is good, staff are being nice and kind. Highly recommend the WRAP
