   Initial expectations for this establishment were high, having been informed it operates at a comparable or superior standard to established competitors such as Domino's. Customer service was adequate, though staff appeared to possess limited product knowledge. Aesthetically, the food presented well, and the underlying concept is excellent. However, the flavour profile was, regrettably, only average. Considering this, and noting the mixed nature of other customer reviews, I would assign a score of 6/10.

   First time ordering burgers with potato tots lovely food burger was really nice even the salad fresh potato tots cooked to perfection burger was juicy but not greasy just like the tots food arrived on perfect temperature still this was surprising as iv stopped using uber eats recently due to delivery times taking 2 hours from a restaurants not even a mile away 10 stars to don Carlos for keeping everything on point

   Unfortunately not a good takeaway experience. Food arrived 2hrs after ordering and was very over cooked making it unpleasant/difficult to eat. I understand the restaurant was busy but I paid alot of money for quality, in which I did not receive. This has happened the last two times. Sorry don Carlos but I think we should part ways. Fair well forever. Jamie.

   The other day I was walking past and this shop caught my eye so today I thought I’d come check it out. All I have to say is wow, the food was absolutely amazing. The pizza I had was delicious the best pizza I’ve ever tried. The staff were super friendly and the service was beyond amazing. Thank you so much guys!! You will be seeing us again for sure.

   Don Carlito, part one With a name like don you know the food must be good. Didn’t know what to get. Was hungry and had seen this place while driving past. So decided I’d try it out. Had a chat with the guy behind the till. Think it was the owner. He was really enthusiastic about the company really good and positive vibes. However the kitchen staff look fairly new getting train from scratch isn’t a bad thing. I went in and asked what burger he recommended. I got the cheese one. (Cheesy pleasy) got the seasoned fries too. The burger was banging. Loads of nice tasting cheese not the cheap stuff you normally get. Nice salad and the meat was tasty. Full of flavour burger !! Fries were nice and decent portion Now he did say he is known for his pizzas… very unusual shaped more like a half a baguette. Now if the burger is to go by. I’m sure the pizzas are amazing. I knew I had to return. So in his godfather epic like sequel, I will be back Amazing work. Keep it up 3rd time visiting. Knew it was pizza time! Got the godfather. Full of flavour and lots of toppings. Deffo was a fan of the pizza would come back for more. Just about finished it all as well. Didn’t wanna stop. Yummmm

   Hidden gem, pizza and burgers are high quality and taste amazing. The pizza dough is something i haven’t had before soft and crunchy, very happy. Staff are the nicest bunch of people very welcoming and friendly 10/10
