   Ordered two smashed burgers and curly fries, the smash burgers were just two microwave patty's that were absolutely rank, with warm floppy lettice, and the curly fries that didn't turn up cost £5 so thought they would be really good. They did offer to deliver the fries, but by the state of the burgers, I said no thanks. Also the restaurant is like under three names, THE FAT BURGER CARDIFF, THE FAT PIZZA and something else. So don't order from ether of the two because you'll get the same rubbish..

   Extremely disappointing experience with The Fat Pizza. I placed an order on 24th October 2025 at 6:53pm, and it was honestly one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had. The delivery took over two hours, which is completely unreasonable for a pizza order. When the food finally arrived, all three pizzas were wrong: The Large Fat BBQ Pizza was missing the red onions I paid an extra £1.50 for. The XL Vegetarian Pizza still had sweetcorn, even though I specifically asked for it to be removed. The XXXL Hot BBQ Pizza was missing the pineapple topping that cost an extra £3. So not only was the food late, but the order was also full of mistakes — and I didn’t get what I paid for. That’s £4.50 of missing toppings, plus a really poor overall experience. I’ve contacted management for a refund and an apology, and I now await for their response. It’s really disappointing to see this level of inaccuracy and customer care from a business that should know better. Would not recommend based on this experience. Hopefully they can improve their accuracy and delivery times in future.

   One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had to date. Not only did I have the pleasure of dealing with this restaurants rude call centre, but I also had the joy of waiting nearly 2 and a half hours for my food. It turned out when I placed my order at 3pm, the store wasn’t open till 4pm (despite accepting orders on Deliveroo since 12pm). The food arrived at 5.26pm and was a smaller size than I ordered and was lukewarm. I don’t understand how rogue operators like this are permitted onto food delivery platforms. I’d avoid this place like the plague.

   If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Terrible burgers, definitely not smash burgers as advertised and some were also wrong from what we ordered, curly chips were soggy. Food took forever to arrive. Do not order from here!!!

   Very disappointing experience with Fat Pizza Cardiff (a dark kitchen in CF24). First time my order never arrived, and this time I had to collect it myself after waiting 90 minutes because they had no drivers. Yet they kept lying on the phone saying “your order is on the way.” If you can’t provide delivery, don’t accept orders. Terrible service and not worth the hassle.

   DO NOT ORDER! Waited 2 hours to be told our order arrived when it didn’t! Now we can’t even get a refund, no food or money! Waste of time and horrible staff on the phone! Definitely a cover up for what they’re actually doing for a business! I will be taking this further.

   Ordered on uber eats man's telling me to cancel due to Electronic errors but they keep updating the delivery times therefore the app won't let me cancel the order. 13.50 down and no food. All i wanted was a waffle!!!! Ordered at 1.30 btw it's almost 3pm!!!!

   Absolutely Disappointed, ordered food tonight and was supposed to be delivered at 8:20pm, it's now 9:45pm and no delivery, trying to get through to the store and the line has Been busy for over an hour, not happy at all

   Believe me this is best pizza, dough is so soft and fresh, I always go there, tried whole Cardiff but the freshness and quality is here, best is collection if you can. My parents are 60+ and never eat fast food but now they ask me to order this every other week.
