I have celiac disease and the certified gluten free pizza caused a allergic reaction, I called the restaurant to report it and they advised I would get a call back from the area manager. Never bothered to call me back
Far too expensive for what it is, you could get the same if not better quality in other pizza restaurants, although the pizzas are ok. The prices for the sides are mentally unstable and not worth telling anyone about. The service is good, pizzas are always delivered quick and with friendly staff which is nice, I hope they're paid well.
Came in and and was served immediately by collette. She personally made my dougballs and they turned out amazingly! Definitely comming back
I got to say I’ve had Dominoes from a few different stores but Ely by far tops the lot ,the food is better the staff are so friendly and the delivery driver Darran is such a lovely polite man 5* from me guys well done keep up the good work xx
Food is good quality and most of the time is delivered hot. Sometimes, something from my order is missing, so I have to ring back up and wait for it to be delivered. Ever since the prices went back up, I haven't felt like ordering from there as £30 just for 2/3 people to eat, not including tax/ delivery fee is not reasonable.
Nice little table area for about two people to eat food. Pleasant staff and the usual Domino's food.
Ordered tomato sauce by accident online rang the store literally 10 seconds later and was told I can not change it to bbq base instead they gave me food I didn't want. Rude on the phone!! Won't order from here again I'll always order from canton from now on
My son has autism and refuses to eat most foods but he does like pepperoni pizza. Took him here yesterday, ordered the pizza, but they wouldn’t accept cash so we had to leave without food which my son didn’t understand and made him very upset. Thanks dominoes! Maybe let customers know the payment situation before taking orders and disappointing children
The workers here are very helpful, just don't walk in without a mask, unless you're exempt, as they like to ensure everyone's safety. The customer service is excellent, and you're served with a smile. At the moment, its only click and collect or delivery, you can't order within store, but you can use the app, phone them up, or go online.
