Really enjoyed the food but not sure what the difference between a medium and large kebab other than the price !! .Very skimpy on the salad and no option to add extra dips. Also the estimated delivery time was over an hr later even though they stipulated around 20mins. So not the best customer service.
Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered a chicken Parmesan and whatever they sent out looked nothing like a chicken Parmesan. Totally inedible and a complete waste of money, will not recommend or go back ever again.
Never ever order from this place . They took our money and our order, after 2 hours of waiting eagerly for our food nothing arrived and they told us they had "cancelled" our food. We were left starving. I wish I could leave less than 1 star!!!!!!!!!!!! Evil people
Terrible service. I ordered chicken curry with rice ended up with chicken curry and chips. They said they will send out the correct order. Waited for an hour for the correct order so phoned back and asked where the correct order was. Turns out they run out of rice yet i had no phone call to say sorry we have no rice would you like something else like other takeaways do. I then had to argue with them to get my money back. As they wanted to send it out tomorrow. Not ordering again from here.
Absolutely appalling service! Upon ringing them they hung up half way through ordering which it took a couple of calls to get back through to then. We then waited 2 hours for food to be delivered when arrived it was barely warm and unsatisfactory! Barely an apology to the service and lateness of our food. Will never order from them again! Disgusted with the service we received.
My son ordered from here tonight & fairplay it came well before time given.still nice an hot and the delivery man was very polite. Would 100%order again
I order food last night and they did not complete the order as the kebab I had was cold and hard, the pitta bread was hard as well. My mate didn't get his can and chips when he bought a burger meal absolutely scandal. They said we would have a free meal today and when we order, the food arrived and we were missing a can again and didn't give us the right change. I am absolutely gymming and never ordering again. I am advising people to do the same.
I really wanted to share a photo of me squeezing off fat from the onion rings I brought and the paper that wraps the chips saturated in oil with chips stuck to the paper.... take away food is greasy but this was unbelievably excessive to the extent I couldn’t find the onion in the onion ring neither enjoy any of the food (the fried food tasted bitter from the oil!! - left a very nasty taste in my mouth!) The cheesy garlic bread was okay and the salad was fine but no green pepper as it stated there would be. Would never order again, one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had and regret purchasing :(
Under new management was going well until this week. Food was lovely last week but eaten from there twice this week, the food was cold and tasted as though bit had been there hours. If you close at 11pm (as it says on the door) why is everything packed up, old and cold at 10pm. Whatever the time of night the food should be fresh and HOT! You've lost a regular customer.
