   Absolutely incredible! I can’t recommend The Dough Thrower enough — their pizzas are bursting with flavour. My personal favourites are the Lisbon Heat and the Brooklyn Hot, and whatever you do, don’t miss the peri peri chicken wings — you won’t regret it!    If you're looking for a fresh pizza made with top quality and locally sourced ingredients then look no further. Loved my visit. Amazing food dished up by a cracking team. Highly recommend "the flaming goat." The sweetness of the hot honey paired with the saltiness of the goats cheese was insanely good. That will be my go to order from now on. Don't sleep on their Peri Peri chicken or Patatas Bravas...excellent additions to the menu.

   Dropped by this spot on a whim and was genuinely blown away. I asked if they did focaccia sandwiches and instead of a straight no, he got creative and whipped up something on the spot with their incredible pizza dough. What I ended up with was an improvised sandwich that tasted like it had been on the menu for years. Properly balanced, full of flavour and clearly made with care. Rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that these days. Will definitely be back for what looks like some amazing pizza.

   By far the best pizza in Cardiff and in the top 3 pizzas I’ve ever eaten. I ordered the Margarita and collected in person. The pizza was perfectly cooked - a fantastically crispy base - not soggy at all, and a crust that was puffy and flavoursome. The seasoning of the pizza was absolute perfection. I read about the sourcing of ingredients on the website and you could tell this pizza was made with quality ingredients. Delicious base, flavoursome sauce, tasty cheese and you could even taste hints of the olive oil they used. Absolutely delicious and I will absolutely be back. The service was fantastic - really friendly group, and quickly resolved an issue I had through paying online. The pizza was made promptly and I felt was good value for money. A new favourite place to eat in Cardiff. 10/10

   First time ordering, mainly because they put a menu through my door and i thought it would be nice to try somewhere new. Firstly the good, the delivery was very prompt and the driver was very nice, the order process online was very easy and the quality of ingredients they make a point of is clear in the taste. However overall i am quite disappointed in my final order, the menu they sent around listed some free items you would get for ordering over a certain amount and for entering a code, i did both of these things but only got one of the items, which is quite poor as i added a side to go over a certain amount of money, seems a bit sneaky to advertise something like this but not follow through. Secondly the pizza itself wasnt really up to the quality i would expect from the price, the pizza was clearly wood fired which is great, but the actual base was slightly soggy and a bit undercooked meaning the pizza didnt hold any weight and toppings fell off. I am not likely to be ordering again, im quite disappointed that they didnt follow through with their offers on the delivered menus and that the pizza cooking let down the excelent ingredients.
