Food is very reasonably priced and delicious. No problems ordering at the takeaway, cooked quickly. Staff always pleasant.
Amazing food and lots of it too, the rice dishes and Chow Mein dishes that we have tried so far are really nice.
Ordered £60 worth and what a disappointment. All the items were not tasty, the noodle dish was noodles with boiled chicken sat on top. The noodles were overcooked. The other dishes were not nice, fried rice overcooked and dry. Waste of money!! Oh and I found a hair in the noodles.
I was pretty disappointed with this order not only did it take over 90 minutes and I had to call to see if had been forgotten or lost, it came with most of the black bean sauce swimming at the bottom of the bag.

Cancelled my order for no reason, taken my money and now in dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Horrendous service, steer clear everyone.
Not good this time, ordered 2mains the chicken curry sauce was lumpy and set fried rice cold. The other dish was OK. Not like it has been
What a horrible takeaway we had tonight. Bearly any meat in all 7 dishes, only 2 rice & 1 chip sides sent. Rang and complained as it was £10 dearer when it arrived & the said we missed heard even though we had the correct price to menu. Also only 1 freebie sent, a small bag of prawn crackers when it states we should have had 3 for a £63 order, excuse was we didn't ask for spring rolls when we actually did & most don't like Coca-Cola so they don't send it unless you now ask! Totally gone down hill & poor customer service towards a regular customer. Wide berth from now on from us!
I don't know what's happened to Chang's of late was disappointed ordered a char- su curry and egg Foo young was told around 45 min for delivery... Driver came in time frame but was a little flusted I ask if he was okay said he went to deliver to another house i asked how come admitted he was not looking correctly at the house number's. The meal was a disaster my egg Foo young tasted very salty and my partner's curry was like looking at a lump of lard. I did telephone Chang's to complain said I won't be using again waste of 18.00 pounds.
