   Food was horrendous, freezing cold burgers. Big mac taste of fish, for some random reason, oh wow the fries not sure how long there were cooked, like eating cardboard. Called the restaurant to make a complaint and the only thing I could make out from the conversation was something to do with the production line, not sure why that the reason the food was shit, no apology nothing..... I was asked to drive back and return the food in order to get refund, absolutely shocking food went in the bin, keep the 13pounds cos I'll never buy food from this restaurant again.

   Stopped in on way to hospital appointment for a quick pit-stop. Food is what it is, but main complaint is the blocking of the disabled parking bay with the bins. Poor planning, especially in an already tight spaced, tiny carpark. On the bright side, service was swift and friendly, the branch interior was pretty clean.

   So not much to say about the food except it's McDonald's usual menu. I note however that this venue generally has most items available when often other stores have no ice creams a lot of the time. Plenty of parking and a click and serve area provided for those that want to order from the app and get their food delivered straight to their car.

   The person taking our order at the drive thru couldn't get it correct and was quite obnoxious in my opinion, so we had to amend the order at the payment window. We were then asked to wait in a bay. When our order arrived the labels and receipt was correct but the actual food contents were not so then I went inside and explained, the order was ammended but we were still not satisfied with then the quality, cold and as if the ingredients were just scraped of the burger. This was our worst ever McDonald's experience.

   The worst McDonald’s in the whole UK. The customer service is below 1 star rating and the staff are very rude. They need to be better trained since they don’t care about their customers. They held me up outside for 25 minutes when my order consisted of only 2 simple drinks.
