   The food here is fine, but they usually forget something in the order. This occasion we got given our drinks until 10 mins after being given the food meaning everything was cold. Not the best McDonald's.

   FAST FOOD! WHAT A JOKE! Had the misfortune to use the drive-thru last night, after a good night out at Demontfort Hall. I pulled my car into the right-hand lane to place my order. Mine was the only car in that lane, with just one car in the left hand lane, which pulled away as my car came to a stop. I expected to get served almost immediately. But after waiting for nearly 10 minutes and watching 8 cars go through the left hand lane, I got out of my car to find out if there was a fault with the order equipment in my lane. At the service window, a female staff member didn't offer an apology or explanation for the delay, instead complained that I should not have got out my car. By the time I returned to my car I had beeen waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Within minutes of getting back to my car, I was able to place my order. Things then went from bad to worse. I was given a bill for an order that wasn't mine. After that was corrected, I went to the collection window only to be informed that my order was incomplete and to wait at the next unused window so that the missing items could be provided. By the time I left, I had been in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. It was ridiculous. At home, I discovered the fries were nearly cold and the chicken dry and tastless. An utter waste of time and money. I will never use that place again. It was without doubt the worst fast-food experience I have ever had.

   This McDonald's is one of the busiest I thinnnive ever been to. However, the staff have always done well to serve food quickly, correctly, and as described. Atmosphere is not the most welcoming as I've always been there when it had been filled with rather obnoxious teenagers and food delivery persons who seem to always put themselves in awkward places. I personally wouldn't eat in. I have used the drive-through as well, and this has always been just as quick and correct as the at till service.

   Chose the wrong time to go! 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon, it was very very crowded, lots of school children. But the staff were very efficient and the wait wasn't too long. Enjoyed a coffee and an apple pie.

   Absolutely pathetic service staff was so rude and accusing indirectly that we may have ate the fried less then five minutes..we went to ask that we ordered small fries and dipper. We had the receipt, and bag with only dippers. The staff said am sure I put it inside. We said we did not get one how is that possible to eat less then five minutes. Staff just ignored us when we explained the situation. Then they said manager checking the cctv we said yes please do.we also allowed them to check our car. Manger came in after 10min and their staff was still being rude to us and denying that she was not rude to us when she was. The manger said don’t speak to our staff like that well hold on a minute why their staff being rude to us then. Staff needs training on how to speak to customers instead of apologies they got us really heated with us. We said we do not want a food like that and come on really for 99p fries they accused us like that and and top of that being rude. All they had to say was we sorry as human error can happen. Sad to see people can be so rude no humanity.

   I don't know what to say about McDonald's at this point. Some of the staff are rude orders always have to be wrong. Today I was just checking they hadn't forgotten anything (they normally do) and while I was checking in my car one of the staff members said to move to the next window so I was finished checking the last burger as I was about to move to the next window the staff member said very rude things for absolutely no reason? This has happened multiple times. Very disappointed.
