Initially, i thought it was a beautiful place. it’s a lovely calming atmosphere and i thought i was fine with my dairy allergy as i let the waitress know. i ordered a vanilla oat latte and eggs benedict without the hollandaise sauce. i repeated my allergy twice and my friend also got the same drink and let the waitress know she was lactose intolerant. thought everything was fine, until we both message an hour later and realise we did not have oat milk, they had given me dairy milk. she was having issues and my throat started closing up. so so dangerous, and disgraceful honestly. also realised from the receipt that we were not given vanilla syrup, and were charged for oat milk despite very clearly being given dairy.

Engaging and genial efficient staff member attended us at Table 55 near upstairs window, then seeing that adjoining window table had become available just before our food arrived, very considerately offered it to ourselves and assisted us the move our pre-meal refreshments across to it. She further was very tolerant of our acquired-taste banter in smoothly diplomatic ease, further offering local knowledge tips on parking and places of interest in the locale. Food and Beveridges followed to a high quality, and refills were prompted in discreet and timely intervals. Decor and Ambience were also tasteful and the experience was deemed as one to merit a return visit in the near future.

Offering great food, freshly made, almost all-day brunch in such a cozy setting that’ll make you want to come back. You’ll be greeted by the staff as soon as you walk into the door. Then, you’ll be seated either upstairs or on the ground floor. Everything is table service from ordering to paying. Feel free to take your time choosing from the menu. They won’t rush you. Nice and easy.

One of the best kitchens on queen's road by far! Food is almost always amazing as well as affordable; the staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating so you'll never leave being unsatisfied.

I stumbled across this place when I went to see my daughter at university and was blown away. The food was amazing and the service top notch. I was very fortunate to get a table as it became very busy soon after I arrive but the service was not adversely affected by this and the atmosphere was excellent . The hole area is full of different places to eat so don't be put off just dropping in on the off chance as you will not be disappointed

Very organised and clean, food was OK and fast brought to us but could be hotter. Sharing a table with a stranger not my favourite thing to do but I'd still visit again if in town

Food served in good time, eggs cooked to perfection, hollandaise sauce was just right, presentation was spot on. Quantity could have been better but for £6.50 for Eggs Florentine is good value in this day and age. My 3rd visit here and the staff are amazing, so attentive, polite and efficient every time I visit. This place deserves 6*
