   I had an excellent experience at Urban Diner in Leicester. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a modern, stylish feel that made it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was just right. The food was the real standout—fresh, flavourful, and generously portioned. Whether you’re in the mood for classic comfort dishes or something a bit more unique, there’s plenty to choose from. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and served piping hot. The milkshakes and desserts were also a highlight and definitely worth leaving room for! Overall, Urban Diner offers great value, delicious food, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining spot in Leicester.

   The meal took over an hour to come, hardly any pepperoni on the small pizza, ordered curly fries got sent normal fries, no sauce on my chips when ask for chilli and mayo. The service was all round pretty poor. One positive the man did put a little bit of Donna on my chips for free and the actual food was okay. Shame

   Ordered online for collection - food was nice and tasty so no issues there However after ordering online and being given a price of £9.41 was concerned to be asked to pay £11. When questioned about they didn't seem to know initially until I showed the order on my phone . Don't think I will be going back as don't trust them to ask for the right amount

   We always use to order off this place and always had amazing fries but we ordered tonight and fries was terrible not even cooked properly you could pinch your fingers into the fries and it was like raw potato I phoned them up about it as we could not eat the fries it would make us poorly they sent out fries again and they came exactly the same undercooked so at this point we just gave up and chucked them in the bin. We are so disappointed as we have never received food like this when we ordered before it even put us off our pizza incase they didn’t cook that properly. Will not be ordering from this place again which we upset about as we use to love the food here but undercooked food is not good enough can make people extremely ill.
