   Took well over an hour to make 2 wraps then the person on the phone made excuses in which I explained this is unacceptable. When ordering the app said 20 minutes then when completing the order the time changed to 60 minutes. Already had a past bad experience with the franchise previously honestly really bad and the excuses were also shocking!

   Horrible dirty place, service is extremely bad it takes 5 minutes to order a simple meal. Ordered food at 6pm, called at 7:20 and they say they are just now packing it, didn't offer us any discounts or anything and just hung up. Food is also expensive and very greasy.

   Love the food from here! Unfortunately the driver had the wrong post code but correct address and tried saying the correct one was 5miles from the ‘’ original’ postcode…facts they’re were within 2min of each other.. driver then refused to deliver but the staff in the shop handled it well and the food was delivered fresh and tasty! They couldn’t apologise enough. The mixed special donner in a tray is my fav!

   The worst service ever. Never order a delivery from this restaurant. It is two hours now and we are still waiting for our meals. What a shame I tried calling the restaurant more than 30 times and no response! So I think I have to drive and collect myself if they have food! It is one of the few Halal restaurants in our area so I had no choice. We tried them before and their food is not too bad, but I remember they were always late.

   2nd time ordering (first time through uber eats) lovely food, great portions, asked for the salad separate from the kebab and we got a lovely fresh box of salad. friendly delivery driver. 1 star missing as delivery was longer than expected and the fudge cake was missing from order. Would definitely order again though

   "Bro listen!" Is that how to speak to your customer? Person who takes the orders, don't understand English very well. Took my order wrong, when I called again.. they keep passing the phone to different persons... and I had to repeat myself 5 times. Food was okay. But the customer service is very very poor. Not ordering again.
