Been coming here almost 10 years now. One of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve ordered from. Far better than the wholesale stuff everywhere else sells.

This food was vile. The sauce was odd colour and full of oil the chick balls were soggy !! The chicken chow main was discoloured and looked old and just heated up

The food was horrible chicken cow main was soggy and had liquid coming out of it ! the sauce had oil and was congealed we have to stir it and pour some oil out and even after the the taste was awful! The chicken balls were soggy and the chicken didn’t seem fresh also was still very battery. After 5 minutes of eating my partner started feeling ill from the taste and whatever else was wrong with it

For me it is the best Chinese takeaway ever, when visiting my parents nearly I always get myself a special fried rice amongst other things. Always hot, always tasty, friendly staff, perfect every time!!

This place came recommended so thought we'd try it (cheers Tash!). We went in an ordered rather than ordering over the phone, and having seen negative reviews about the owners manner I was pleasantly surprised to find him chatty, informative and friendly. So don't let the old reviews dissuade you! The food was scrumptious, the mini veg pancakes rolls were a standout for my girlfriend, and I really enjoyed the duck pancakes; the duck was meaty, pre-sliced and plentiful. The satay sauce wasn't what I expected, it didn't taste of peanut but was still a nice spicy sauce. We will definitely order from here again!

I ordered a Chinese for collection staff was polite came home looking forward for my Chinese the curry sauce was red for some strange reason. normal Chinese that I've had the curry sauce has been yellowish colour if you order curry sauce you know what I mean. the prawn toast was like eating a bowl of oil. like I know any take out is greasy. but didn't expect to be eating a load of oil

Went last week at 10.15 closed Phoned tonight at 9.50 sorry we are closing. Why does your website say 10.30. Shocking service. Will find some where else to get our Chinese from who actually wants our custom.

Used to be brilliant about 10 years ago but owner has a very bad attitude when asked simple questions about food on his menu. Food is expensive as you only get miniscule portions of fried rice compared to other takeaways with no attitude. The sesame prawn toast was salty, greasy and burnt so, had to bin it! Won't be using this place again and owner needs to change his awful attitude and the prices.

Death by salt/high sodium soy sauce anyone? Food way too salty as echoed by some reviews which I ignored as thought were from a long time ago. Owner quite arrogant and dismissive, not willing to accept any responsibility for anything really. Menu online via everymenu is outdated and prices not current, more expensive in store.

First time ordering from here and will not be back. Ordered the Chicken salt and spicy. The chicken was so hard i could not tear it with my fingers, it was like eating rocks. The chips had been cooked, then cooked again then re-cooked. The smallest portion sizes (probably a good thing based on the quality) yet the most expensive takeaway we've tried yet.
