Order food a 18:30. Told 50 minutes. Not ready until 18:30pm everyone had same experience. Don't waste your time. Order was 1 curry and 2 rice- 2 hours. Absolute joke

Excellent food as usual. Only issue is that do not get how long you have to wait so was told 40 minutes when ordered over the phone actual wait was over 75 mins. Need to be more honest
Ordered a large order £45 worth over the phone to collect (they don't deliver) waited 20 mins drove 8 miles to collect it . Got to counter to pay to be told cash only. No mention of that over the phone. I said OK walked out and went over the road to Canton and ordered from their and it was slightly cheaper. Won't be going back to Chengs now on principle of wasting my time .

Had to wait a while but the food was great.
One of the worst Chinese I've ever had the pleasure of visiting, first time was a family order where ordered food was missing the lady had the audacity to say my father in law was lying even though he showed the amount charged vs what we received, I stupidly returned unbeknownst to order some salt and pepper chilli wings-after waiting 30 minutes I got home to find my order wasn't in fact chicken wings it was salt and pepper chilli chicken. Avoid.
Let's start with the good and that's the food. Really tasty food, plentiful and flavourful. Everything tasted fresh and Hot, that's a must!! There is slight downers with it though. I asked for my curry to be extra spicy and it wasn't. Chips were slightly over cooked and maybe a little old, ( If you get my drift). Now the bad, I placed my order by phone at 6.30pm was told collection would be ready for 8pm. I didn't mind, wasn't in a rush. I get there for 8pm and made to wait a further 30mins, that's not acceptable. IMO. 4* OVERALL. Will order again surprisingly.
They make great, delicious food, definitely recommended to try! There are many different varieties of dishes and sides to choose from, and also is very clean. Certainly the best takeaway in the area, I will most definitely be coming back here to order again!
