    Firstly this is not a restaurant, it is a Food van parked on a main Road. The gentleman chefing their is concientous and the chicken fillet burger we had was delicious and he took pride in the service. A well visited takeaway and the customers were regular visitors and were happy to recommend dishes, so a high pedigree curry destination. The ratings explained. Myself and my partner ordered a plain chicken fillet burger each and got served a mayo chicken fillet instead!!!!!, also we ordered a portion of fries each. The chef did not ask if we wanted salt but absolutely covered our fries in salt to the point we had to bin the last few fries.

    I ordered Butter Chicken, parathas, chilli bajji, baingan bajji. All the bajji were absolutely delicious. Butter chicken was extremely sweet unlike any butter chicken dish I've tasted elsewhere - disappointing. Paratha were nice. The guy that runs it was really nice also.

    Cannot rave enough about the food and the amazing guy who runs it. We stumbled upon this gem on a casual stroll through Victoria Park. Had the masala chaye (the best chaye we’ve had in Leicester so far! And which the very kind chef gave to us free of charge!?), cheese dosa and potato bajji. Very reasonably priced and stellar taste! The cheese dosa was simply out of this world! What’s more is that in addition to the complimentary chaye, they kindly made us some complimentary mirch bajji as well just to try out as we were debating earlier on whether or not to have it before placing our order (100% recommended btw). Truly amazed at the hospitality! We stood by the food truck enjoying our food and chatting away with the friendly chef and his friend who were manning the truck together. Had the best experience! Great food with even greater company. Will definitely be visiting again!

    Just finished eating from here this evening and had to write a review - heard about this place from the local Facebook group recently despite living five minute walk away for the past two years and fancying a curry, I gave it a go. One of the best I've eaten and the Masala Dosa was also superb, great talkative owner, superb prices and a place that should be known far and wide - will definitely be back!

    Delicious Indian street food. Snacks and sometimes curry too! Authentic flavours from home which is hard to find in Leicester and the chef is a great guy. Come and try it for yourselves its definitely worth it (I reccomend the egg plant bhaji and the masala dosa) 10/10 Now open from 5pm - 10pm
