So I changed my rating because they've gotten a lot better with the new management. The atmosphere is awesome, the customer service is on point, and the food is amazing. The hot wings were especially delicious.
Ordered takeaway from them last night, what a feast!! Food was delicious, especially lamb shish, tender and flavoursome, very generous portions, comes with loads of sides (salad, rice, plus bulgur rice, Turkish bread and sauces, plus some courgette soup as well - this must’ve been a complimentary addition I think). I put an order via Justeat, but then called the restaurant to inform them of my order, and they made sure it was exactly as I wanted. Thank you so much chefs! Thoroughly recommend, next time I come to rugby I will be ordering again. PS. some reviews say that they are expensive, but the portions are huge, you get a lot for one course, so you could easily get away by ordering 1 for 2 people, if your appetite is average :). My 1.5 dishes would definitely fill up at least 3 people (by 1.5 portion I mean one hot course and one salad)
I recently dined at Vena and had an overall enjoyable experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout the meal. The prices were reasonable, comparable to other similar restaurants in the area, and the atmosphere was pleasant, making it a good place to relax and enjoy a meal. However, one downside was the waiting time. Despite being advised that our food would arrive in around 15 minutes, it took about 35 minutes. This was a bit frustrating, but the quality of the food made up for it. Overall, I had a good experience at this restaurant and would definitely consider going back again. If you’re looking for a great place to eat, Vena is worth considering.
Very nice restaurant with great food and friendly staff! The cleanest place in the town and everything is shiny everywhere you look! The food is extremly tasty, freshly prepared and healthy! Hightly recomended! Always is a pleasure to come back there!
Free of charge starter: lentil soup. Great customer service. Unexpectedly big portions. Tasty food. Take away option for unfinished food. A point for sustainability (not wasting food). Friendly staff with children. Good housekeeping. Finished lunch with a nice small cup of tea.
The food was extraordinary. Good value for money. The portions are big, order food for 2 and received food for 4. They even give us free a starter. You have kids menu options as well. Service was nice and prompt. The food arrived in decent time. The restaurant is clean, the tables are nicely arranged, plenty of space to sit comfortably. Toilets are clean and you have and fitted with bidet. A restaurant I recommend.
