    Stopped for breakfast after our B&Q shopping trip. Customer service was extremely poor. £5 for an egg sandwich was very steep. Dry bun and burnt egg which had stuck to the hot plate.

    £5 for a bacon and egg roll, 2 slices of preheated bacon, 1 egg but she forgot to put oil on the hot plate so the egg was burnt, the roll was dry and the ultimate crime was not having tomato ketchup, no excuses as Morrisons is just up the road! Poor quality food and very expensive, the lady serving was not customer focused, a vast improvement needs to be undertaken.

    Unfortunately the normally lady has left and there is a new team, also £9 for a drink a bacon and sausage & egg sandwich seems a little rich. The chap clearly needed more training and shouldn’t of been on he’s own. Definitely struggled with 3 orders plus mine. Sausage was also cold and I ended up throwing it all away!
