   Very impressed with my visit to this Loungers. Pleasant service from the female server with dark hair and award winning smile. I returned after an hour and was served by the charming Millie who knows how to interact and engage with customers. Josh brought the tapas deal over and apologised for the shortcomings which were quickly rectified. One of the best in the region.

   Visited with my wife for breakfast during a short break in Rugby. Friendly welcome from the manager Sally in this spacious, comfortable cafe in a great location in the heart of the town centre. Great service & fantastic breakfast, if we lived in Rugby this would be our favourite eating place.

   Pretty decent cafe to have a meal and a drink. Went there for a breakfast in the morning and therefore later on the evenings for the drinks and some food Could say it's not the best but it's a good place to eat and have a drink Prices are not the cheapest but also are not overpriced Would recommend it

   Overall the ambience was good and the food was with quality. The variety of offerings are very wide and was extended to Asian and Mexican. They were surprisingly good too. Portion was appropriate. The only thing is the sofa was a bit too soft and we had to swop, otherwise, rest of settings are comfy and spacious. Servers were attentive and overall, a great place to hang out with friends and chat.

   Great venue for fabulous food, great service and atmosphere. We always gravitate to this venue as they happily accommodate the pooch. He is made welcome, dog treats and water is offered without fail. The venue itself is grand,it has been furnished tastefully and is quite quirky. Thanks to all for a warm welcome and service with a smile

   Nice staff and great interior. Ordered via app which made it easy. Drinks came quickly but food took 35 mins, also cold. To the staffs credit they sorted it out and gave a free drink for the trouble. Food came again freshly cooked and was delicious, yes mistakes happen but it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Would go back again as food was good.

   First time in Bacco Lounge as was looking to dine in before noon and this is the one that opens from 9 am on Sundays. Food is great and service is prompt. Great atmosphere at table 21 with lovely paintings/prints.

   Very few restaurants in Rugby can get 5* and Bacco is one of them. Went on Tuesday afternoon and it was nice. The ambience was good, the staff was friendly, service was good and the food was also good.
