Absolutely delightful! Food was amazing, so excited to eat the leftovers tomorrow. So SO full. The service was fantastic. Very attentive. Location is certainly off the beaten track but the atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming.

This place has authentic food that tastes like your mum has cooked it with her own two hands. The portions were more than enough & affordable. The staff were attentive even though we sat upstairs. We would recommend the chicken tikka masala & chicken steak.

Wow wow wow. What an ambiance. ♥️♥️♥️ The moment I entered the cafe, I knew it will be good. Very Lahore style cafe. Pictures may not do justice to the place. Puri 10/10, Halwa 10/10, Paya 5/10 - we like Lahori style paya with no tomatoes in gravy, it was made in tomatoes. Maghaz 8/10. Lassi 10:10. Desi Chai 5/10 Google maps was able to guide us to the exact location. Waze took us to the back of the cafe where we couldn’t find it.

There was only one other family there when we came so we were served really fast. The food was okay, the puris were really nice, not too oily, the chanay weren't very spicy so was good for me, and the halwa was decent, the tea didn't have as much flavour as what we make at home, but tastes standard compared to other places I've been. The paratha had chicken masala but also had an omelette in too so that had more flavour. It was enough for three of us as even though the portions were small the food was filling. It started getting busier when we left, we were only there around half an hour.

Visited this place on the recommendation of a family member who thought that this place has authentic Pakistani home-cooked food taste. The atmosphere was good. However, the restaurant was not clean. There is only one staff member to take orders and serve food. So it was kind of sluggish service. The food was average apart from tasty chicken kebabs. I think that this place needs another visit to see if they are any better during the day.

The Desi breakfast I had at Cafe Regal was easily the best one that I had out of all of the places I visited during my stay in Bradford. Good quality, freshly prepared and an authentic taste and experience. Really pleased and highly recommend to those looking for a good Desi breakfast place in Bradford.

Called in on a Sunday lunchtime just before they got really busy. Ordered 1/2 KG Tawa Keema which was fantastic. Absolutely loved this. Spicy, fresh coriander and chillies, simple but flavoursome. This half a kg felt like a huge portion considering what I had recently at Sultans earlier this week. The £10 keema portion was almost twice as much as I got for a large portion of chicken and lamb for £16 each at Sultans. Had this with tandoori roti and though I understand why Regals would use wholemeal/medium atta it wasn't as good as white atta. Gets a bit tough when not hot. Also ordered Samosa chaat. My personal preference is lots of freshly cut onions, tomatoes, cucumber and fresh mint and coriander on the samosa chaat which was lacking. I asked for no chutney for the kids but would have expected some plain yoghurt in its absence. Still tasted fine but felt it could have been better. About on par with Cafe Janaan who seem to claim theirs is world famous. The kids tried a chicken wrap between them but found it too spicy. Don't know why I haven't bothered trying Cafe Regal before but I will be back, especially for the lamb koftey I noticed on the menu. Not many places seem to serve these for some odd reason. Definitely good food and good value. Plenty of indoor, well spaced out seating. Staff were ok. One young lady looked after us very well. The lads were a bit casual, but still got the job done
