   Just received order via uber, food arrived late and the crepe and mini pancakes were not what pancakes should look like or taste like..very disappointed, food has been fresh before but not this time.

   Customer advisor Mateen amazing, very helpful and polite, the customer service here is the best I have come across in all of these tea places in Bradford he went went above and beyond. Great atmosphere, helpful staff and the food from Smash Down was amazing as well as the tea from Doodh Patti, highly recommended!!!

   Traditional desi drinks with a mixture of traditional and western desserts. Was heading back home from Bradford and thought I'd try another chai place as there is more and more of them opening especially in Bradford. It feels like I chose the wrong one ☹️. The service was quick staff friendly enough, all reasonably priced the exterior looks cool. However the cold drinks weren't cold and lacked flavour. The Kashmiri tea felt under cooked and there was no almonds, pistachio and nuts in tea. The doughnuts were fresh and did taste really good a little smaller than normal but guess you can try more this way and not feel guilty.

   Ordered a couple of times from here so far and the doughnuts are spot on. Much better than other places I have had and they have been fresh when ordered. Downside to it is their karak chai, lacked that little bit of oomph we're used to and it was reheated in a microwave. But I would recommend this place as they do have some nice desserts. They do charge for toppings so if you have your own at home, order the plain fresh box and get some toppings on yourself! Also they do not have a contact number, so if your local collect it yourself and check your order before driving off. They are at a good location with plenty of parking on the main road.

   Very nice deserts and chai served here and fresh doughnuts made to order so sometimes you may have to wait for them to come out. Excellent place with great prices. Strongly recommend the pink tea Great selection on menu open till very late. This is ideal for a quick snack or dessert. They can order from your car if you can find a place to park your car and they only accept cash. I will be going back.
