We have ordered from here a few times and ante in the restaurant and while the food is great, service is horrendous. While eating in we witnessed 2 young female employees being spoken to horrifically and resulted in one of them crying in the toilets. Tonight we ordered a delivery. It was 20 minutes late and called to check if it was on its way, we were told it had just left the kitchen. After a further 35 mins we called back, to be told it’s still hadn’t left. The man my husband spoke to lied and said he hadn’t told us it was leaving the kitchen. We very much enjoy the food but quite honestly we will not be eating here again.

Came with family 6 of us on 11/12/25 Made very welcome by host and staff. Restaurant was nice and warm, lighting was perfect as many are dark. Menu was brilliant. Really looked after us all. Lovely evening with family.

Being going here for several years, fantastic food and portions are still good despite the economic climate. I really enjoy the paneer sizzler and the garlic chilli chicken. Staff are also very friendly and helpful and will take an order the way you like it, i.e., less spicy. Indian food with a slight twist that makes it different from the box standard food on Melton Road, there is also a large selection of vegetarian dishes and many dishes can be made with an Indo-Chinese fusion.

Honest and fair review as always. Restaurant in general is clean, tidy and well decorated. Tables are nicely spread out and decorated in detail. Me and my wife both weren't impressed with the toilets though, no soap in centre unisex sink area, toilet paper and empty rolls on the floor in the men's, and both mirrors have a black tint so you cannot see your reflection properly? The staff are excellent. Greeted as soon as we entered and given a table. Continuously asked us if we were OK. I like that. It's good hospitality. The blonde lady was especially kind my wife liked her. The food. This one's a funny one for me. I'll be blunt and honest. The quality was there, but every portion we received was minimal. We visit Indian restaurants all across Leicester, its our favourite style of food. The flavour and quality was there, but getting served half of what we're used to from 90% of other restaurants is a kick in the teeth. The mixed tandoori sizzler was upsetting. There was one for £6 and another for just under £12. I had to ask the waiter if he'd accidentally gave us the £6 one, but he hadn't, it was just tiny. I'm used to ordering these and being wowwed. It was the same for the rice. Rice is a cheap food source, just give people a good portion. The Butter Chicken was again small. The chilli paneer was cut into tiny pieces so it appeared that there was lots, but it was half of the amount we are used to receiving, topped up with salad to bulk the plate up. This bothered me that much I don't think I'd like to return. Which is a shame as the quality is there, the staff are on the ball and the establishment is beautiful. 1 Butter Chicken 1 Mushroom Rice 1 Chilli Paneer 1 Mixed Tandoori Sizzler 1 Cheese and Garlic Naan 1 Roti 3 half's of diet coke £47 Average cost Brilliant quality Poor portion amounts

I can't fault this place. Fantastic food, fresh and the quality was phenomenal! It was my first visit and definitely won't be the last.

Good addition to Charnwood. Much more like the Indian restaurants you get in Leicester.

Have tried one dish there and it is amazing! It has chicken pieces, lamb pieces and minced lamb (Keema) all in one dish! A really nice dish. Love it! Service was great, a little slow, but they have got better since.

Lovely restaurant with good atmosphere. Food was delicious I had the Punjabi lamb. Ordered takeaway and dined in and both were good. Takeaway arrived on time and still piping hot. Will be visiting again soon for a meal.
