   If you like mediocre "thai" food that's on par with Panda Express, this is the place. Its not Thai food but just bad fast food. I gave 2 stars because it was edible. 1.5 stars, at best. Pad Thai was too salty and noodles clumped together. The fried chicken rice dish was just really bad airport food. There are many better places. I won't be coming back.

   Ordered for delivery, took ages to be made/delivered in the first place and then the chicken in the Thai curry was raw so the whole meal couldn't be eaten. If it's taken that long to be made then I'd atleast expect that it's actually cooked - salmonella waiting to happen

   Terrible experience. Ordered at 7pm and was told it would be 20 minutes as it was busy. No problem, we were there for a quiz so not in a rush. After 1 hour 20 mins and no signs of our food went up to be told it would be no more than 15 mins. In the time since I ordered I’ve seen a number of delivery riders turn up and leave with food. At 9pm I get so fed up of waiting I go up to ask for a refund to be told my food has been ready for 15 mins and is now cold- the pager I was given is faulty and doesn’t do anything when it’s number is called! I was offered for my food to be remade but at this point I’m so fed up and want to leave I request a refund to be told I have to go to the bar for this. Go there to be told only the manager can do a refund and no-one knows where she is and I have to wait. At 9.20pm the manager appears and I’m waiting to speak to her while she refunds other people at the burger shop in Lane 7 when the guy who served me calls me over and processes my refund! Will never order food at Lane 7 again!!

   Was at Thai Express Leicester today. Loved the vegan green curry, so tasty, veg spring rolls was amazing. Friendly and very helpful staff. Will be back next time to try other dishes, keep up the good work

   We had the pad Thai, fried rice and something else and it was terrible. We took the food away and we watched one meal sit on the side for ten minutes. When the other food came it was cold and the customer service was not good at all. They did not show much respect. Chefs and workers did not have hair nets on and some where wearing face masks incorrectly. The food was quite expensive and overcooked. It stank when it came out of the packaging and the noodles of the pad Thai were stodgy . I would not recommend eating here.

   This really was inedible. We had the green Thai curry, general sauce and pad Thai. The pad Thai and general sauce seemed to be made with the same sauce which smells and tastes like vomit. And so oily. The green curry was worse. This is the first time I left a bad review and I normally feel bad doing so but it was a total waste of money as most of it went in the bin, and I'm kind of annoyed.
