Attended this restaurant for the first time on a Monday evening. Lovely decor and attentive host. Food was hot and fresh and arrived quickly. The feedback I would give is the kashk e badamjan which is our favourite Persian starter needs improvement. The kashk needs to be diluted so itβs more watery and mixed in with the aubergine and some drizzled on top (not just a spoon of kashk/quroot on top) . Some fried onions on top would have been great too. The mains were fab, koobideh was delicious and fesenjan was 10/10! It was the perfect amount of sweet and sour and the chicken was tender. Would come back just for the fesenjan. Cheesecake was delicious but the fridge it was stored it needs to be colder bc it came out warm. Overall enjoyed and would come again.

If you're in Bradford and looking for a small, cozy place with truly excellent food, Zaffran is it! I had the Mix Koubideh and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, incredibly flavourful, and a real treat. The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate, making it a perfect spot for a satisfying meal.

Nice clean place. Food was excellent. Freshly made and tasted spot on. We got the platter for Β£55. It looks small but 4 of us ate it comfortably. Would definitely recommend and go again .

Tried the Shish Tawouq wrap and a mixed dish β both were packed with flavour and really satisfying. The place is spacious, clean, and has a great atmosphere. Designated parking available. Definitely recommend for tasty Persian food in Bradford!

Exquisite cuisine, hits the spot every time. We got a hummus starter, followed by two mains, two skewers of chicken fillet and lamb kobeda. And the salmon fish to top it off! Great atmosphere, and useful place for prayers on the FF, if required.

Nice decor inside. There is around 6 tables available with each enough to seat 4 people. We arrived quite early on and got seated straight away. For staters we ordered the Mirza Ghasemi which is grilled aubergines with a tomato and garlic base served with fresh naan. It was a very decent portion size and will easily serve 3 people. For mains we ordered the Lamb shank along with the lamb kobeda and a portion of chips. The lamb kobeda was very nice, however, it could have been juicer as it was slightly on the dry side. The lamb shank was very flavourful and fall off the bone - served with saffron rice it was enjoyable. The portion sizes are very generous and the lamb shank meal will feed 3 people easily. Overall a very nice quiet intimate restaurant with helpful staff and lovely food. The bill came to just over Β£30 for 2 people with lots of food left over ( enough to feed another person comfortably)

Nice little treasure in Bradford. Decor is simple but nice. The service from the waitresses is always 1st class. Food is good. Only slight critiscm is that the garnish on the food is not to my taste such as 3 grilled tomatoes. Whilst eating there in summer it's fine, but during winter food gets cold quickly & it would be great if food was served on hotplates.

What a fabulous place, a hidden gem in Bradford. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The service we received from Amanda was top class. We will be back.
