Found a nail in my food and toenails the food also gave me salmonella AVOID ONLY GO IF YOU DONT LIKE YOURSELF
Usually enjoy the food! But called up to inform that our little boy started choking on plastic which he found in his burger. Was told we’d receive a call back in the next 5mins as he didn’t know what to say - no call back received
No other customers in the shop..I ordered a simple donner & chicken donner kebab in pitta with salad. After about 10 mins it came and it was put it in a brown bag then stapled together. I opened it on my way home..too far to go back and no salad in it what so ever. Think this is 2nd time they got my order wrong.
Just got a delivery of chicken and chips. Was supposed to come with a tomato ketchup dip on the side. The dip was not on the side. What I got was a congealed mess covered in the cheapest disgusting mess of a source. Which made the chips uneatable. Very poor
Ordered a kabab Ordered from here before no issues but this time put mayonnaise on my kabab when I have a severe egg allergy. No apology ... no recognition that they were wonrg. Will not be ordering from here again
Lovely polite staff, we spoke about Weston super mare! Great portion for food, proper chicken donner, overall a lovely mixed donner meal. Great pricing too! I'd definitely recommend if you're local to Cleckheaton :)
Under new management so food taste much better and faster delivery. There are more choices on menu , open until really late compare with other take away !
Poor service with arrogant and aggressive staff (witnessed in their abuse to other customers), the prices on the menu board are outdated, you need to look at the newer printed leaflets without any prior warning or notification. The food is average at best, worst takeaway in Cleckheaton by far.
The wings were absolutely on point! And that's before I even get to the lovely service... the owner was a lovely bloke! Food was spot on, hot, cooked in time and delivered with a smile. I wish I lived closer so I could come back again soon!
