Went prior to a night at theatre. Initial service good but got a little slower as the restaurant got busier. Food was nice and hot when it came out. Scampi and chips delicious. Tiramasu after equally good. 10% service charge added to bill. Overall a pleasant meal before theatre.
We’ve had a great evening tonight, made even better by the excellent service we received from James. He has made our evening pleasant, warm, welcoming & funny. He has really made the evening more enjoyable. I even remarked to each other that he may be the best server we’ve ever had, anywhere.
We had exceptional service from Ahmed; he made the dining experience more enjoyable with his efficiency, friendliness and sense of humour. The atmosphere was not as good as it could have been because the music from a nearby band was so loud it made conversation difficult. Pizzas were delicious but didn’t stay hot for long. Warm plates would have helped.
Advertising cocktails right behind the bar where they are serving but won't serve them to you if you're going into a show because "it takes too long"... Even when they are all standing around doing nothing! Yet if I booked to sit in the restaurant 2ft away, I could have one... Make it make sense! Also served us the wrong drink twice. Useless staff who don't seem to know what they are doing. I came out during the second act to get another drink and was told by staff that the bar was closed. This was not advertised or told to us during the interval either.
Came here as a friend reccomended the place, to say it was a good reccomendation is an understatement. The atmosphere was very nice, elegant but with a nice casual feel to it. The food was excellent, with no disapointing dishes served, and the wait time was less than ten minutes for our sharers, 10 minutes for our mains, despite the restaurant being quite full. The service was exemplary, with our server Ahmed being upbeat and charming the entire time. The recommendations for our food and drinks were spot on, and he even went as far as to write our names on the coffee he served us. An overall perfect restaurant experience, and I hope to visit again soon.
Really tasty food and portion sizes today. We ordered a pizza, garlic bread and wedges to share and were very happy with the quality and quantity of food. The staff are really lovely and didn’t rush us but made sure we were constantly happy. Vegan cheese was a big win, would defo recommend the Orlata pizza with it added if you’re vegan.
Looks appealing, good decor, love the hanging plants. Food lacks flavour & taste, presentation was good. The tables could have been cleaner, cutlery should be provided with meals but staff seem to miss this, and are not attentive enough. Would I come again, probably not, cannot justify the cost to value ratio.
Was here after the the Squidge in Warwick Art Centre show , lovely atmosphere, food was prompt though the garlic bread is salty and more of base of the pizza dough, the sea bass and the burger lentil were delicious.
Really nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and really beautiful design. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the service was fast despite the restaurant being pretty busy. The food was pretty good too, particularly the cheesecake and the pizzas. Would recommend it!
