   Love this place, should have a michelin star. Nice little canope's before your starter and desert which you don't expect as it doesn't say on the menu. Staff are very friendly, nice atmosphere and the food is incredible for the price. Shame this place doesn't get busy, maybe it is because of the location and being a hotel, this place should be thriving

   Lovely surroundings but unfortunately the lunchtime meal was of dissatisfaction. An additional £7.50 fee was added onto 2 steak meals which was advertised as a set price menu. Also an additional fee of £3.50 was added onto the desserts. The surloin steak was tough and not good value money. Not a good experience. We left feeling very disappointed.

   Excellent food, beautiful surroundings open fire in restaurant was lovely, the staff couldn't be more helpful this is not a budget place but certainly not over priced. We ate with meerkat meals I almost feel I stole the food. I'm vegetarian and the choice was less than for the carnivores but what was available was delicious I would definitely eat here again.

   Piped in coffee beautifull old hotel creaky floors lol twobpits coffee and chefs cookies for 2 people only £3.50:wonderfully Toilets clean and smelt really fresh waitress was happy and obliging googled rooms and must admit look wonderfully
