   I waited for 1.5 hours for my delivery and when I called they kept saying that it was going to be 15 minutes. Horrific customer service and will never be ordering again. Will not be recommending to any friends. Honestly I would give it minus starts. (At time of writing have also still not got my food) Avoid if you want a remotely pleasant evening

   If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would. Waited for my food for over an hour and when I told the people in there, they just laughed very unprofessional I saw multiple people come and go in that place and I was still waiting for my food The food when I finally received it was freezing cold and soggy also they forgot my drink

   Wow. Where do I begin? If you’re ever in the mood for cold, rubbery chicken that tastes like it was cooked last week, you’re in for a treat! Chicken Express really went above and beyond to serve up the most flavorless, borderline inedible meal I’ve had in years. Bravo. And the staff? Just delightful. Nothing says “welcome” like eye rolls, sighs, and the vibe that you’re personally ruining their day by showing up. Customer service clearly isn’t in their job description and they’re proud of it. Honestly, if you’re tired of food that’s hot, fresh, or remotely enjoyable, this is your spot. 10/10 would not recommend.

   Not the best, the oil they used to fry the fries was old and could be tasted in the fries themselves. Chicken burger was dry. The decor inside was in poor condition. Would not like to sit inside to eat that's for sure

   The food is fine. But however, they have ALWAYS tried to overcharge me even when I have specified exactly what I wanted and there was no mistake, my option if I want to go pick up my food at this restaurant is to calculate How much is it before I go. Several times I have had to claim extra money that they have charged me and they always tell me that it was a mistake and they have charged me a meal instead something on it's own, the thing is not just a few pennies. They also don't give you change back if you pay in cash, it's really nothing that they don't give me a penny back but every time I go it's 2 or 3 pence and that's not good.

   Awful customer service, just eat processed two orders instead of one, when calling up and explaining, the guy didn’t care and said to contact just eat and hung up. Went to collect our food and we was late, and then got told to wait 10 mins for the food to be cooked. The chicken was super dry and over cooked, weird oily taste too. The bun was soft and doughy, lettuce is definitely old! The chips were ok, but still cold. The place was disgusting too! DO NOT order from here!

   This please is very nasty and dirty. Please stay away. I went to place an order for pizza. The Indian guy behind the counter wiped his nose with his hands right in front of me. When I told him can you please wash your hand before making the order because you just wipe your nose with your hands. He said NO I cannt wash my hand if you want take it good or go. He had bad attitude and when I asked him to give me owner’a number he refused to give it to me. Please stay away or you will get sick. They don’t know anything about hygiene.
