0/5 — Honestly, I’m shocked. Me and my missus are massive food fans — we literally rate every place we try, and it’s been a long time since we’ve scored something this low. Like… damn. We spent about £40 here trying this Chinese spot for the first time. If I could give zero stars, I would. To be fair, the service was alright — the lady was friendly, and everything was ready in 10 minutes… which, honestly, was another red flag considering the menu’s huge. And yeah, that showed. The duck (£11) tasted like it was cooked a day or two ago and reheated. The beef was gray, boiled-looking, no crispiness at all. The egg fried rice was just plain, and those were definitely frozen prawns. The only thing half-decent were the pork balls, probably frozen too but at least cooked properly. For £40, that’s ridiculous. I’m not picky with food at all — if I’m saying it’s bad, it’s bad. I’d honestly have been happier going to McDonald’s. Even Wing Wah down the road (an all-you-can-eat buffet!) tastes miles better, and that’s saying something. If I wanted frozen food, I’d go to Iceland and spend a tenner — not forty quid on disappointment. Never again.

Order was wrong, lady was shouting down the phone to another customer while I was trying to rectify the issue. Very rude and customer service is very bad

Brought a chicken curry with boiled rice. And as i start eating realise the chicken is not properly cooked and still slimey and pink in the middle. Definitely put me off. Phoend the restaurant to let them know and the woman just shouts down the phone at my and my partnre not very professional. Will not be eating from here again. Absolutely not happy
