   Great food - we both really enjoyed and the 3 courses set menu was excellent value. Lauren our server was great, happy, friendly and helpful. We did have to wait to be greeted /seated and it took a while to get someone's attention for the bill, and it was quite noisy with kids running around (but it is between Christmas and new year), so we have removed one star for these reasons, but we would definitely come back!

   We visited Zizi (Market Harborough) and were absolutely delighted! A special thank-you to our waiter Timur — attentive, polite, and truly professional. He helped us choose the right dishes, explained the menu in detail, and was always available when needed without being intrusive. Thanks to his care and excellent service, our evening was perfect. Huge thanks to Timur and the entire team! We’ll definitely be coming back — staff like him make the experience truly enjoyable.

   Our experience is always excellent when we dine at Zizzi's but today they went the extra mile . A lovely young lady by the name of Nikita served us and when our bill arrived she asked for our gift voucher code. Unfortunately this wasn't being recognised so instead of dismissing it she sat with us and helped us renew the voucher in between serving other customers with a smile a true gem. We really appreciate all her efforts thank you very much Nikita.

   I love the food but have found some of the staff to be quite rude on more than one occasion. With missing items from our order and food not being served together, for what wasn't a large party. Also the fake Italian accents from obviously not Italian staff is off putting. The three stars are for thefood. We will continue to frequent the St Peters Square restaurant in Leicester.

   Offering a good range of pizza and pasta in a welcoming restaurant. We were a large party but service was really good with little waiting. The food was all really good and not too expensive. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the staff very helpful.

   Got to be a low 4 this time, would have been 3 but everyone has a bad day. Love driving to this particular Zizzi as it feels like a restaurant and welcoming Great staff and service, location is also perfect. The wild boar starter and garlic bread were great, so was the carbonara and pizza. What I like here is the prawn starters and the picante hot pasta and is the only thing I eat at Zizzi. Unfortunately this time round both king prawn starters were bland and the pasta was dry, wrong type and no harissa heat. What a shame, hopefully it’s back to normal next time, as the best king prawn starter has been from here. ( apart from Blue Peter before the chef left)
