   Bought a takeaway for delivery tonight and it was awful all dry tasteless, ribs like wood.. over cooked, delivery driver was lovely though... Totally a waste of £30... Never again.

   Arrived 45 minutes later than delivery time given.Driver didn't want to get out of the car and deliver made me walk out to collect it. Order was wrong and when we called to complain they just laughed. Used to be a fabulous meal and prompt delivery to the door. Won't be ordering again after using them for many years with no problems. Think it may of changed hands, appalling service and attitude.

   Never again! Firstly they could not understand our order due to the loud kitchen behind them, took several attempts and not very polite. We wanted to pay by card but this was not possible so we were asked to pay by bank transfer into a personal account. Alarm bells should have been ringing. The delivery took over an hour as the driver went to a completely different area of Cardiff so took him 20 minutes to then get to us. Finally the food was not the best and warm, left all of us ill that evening. I don't like giving bad reviews but I would avoid.

   Ordered food twice from here. The staff were plesant and the environment inside was alright. Food was also prepared promptly. However, we found the food quite disappointing. After the first time, we wondered if it was a one-off bad day for them and decided to give them a second chance. We ordered different menu items, but sadly were just as disappointing the second time around.

   We got a take away from here last week and it was ok. We had the veggie chow mein, veggie fried rice and bbq ribs. The ribs were very tasty, but the chow mein and rice dishes were just very wet. Decent amount of food and decently priced, we had enough for some leftovers the next day. Staff were very friendly and polite, and had it all ready for us in under ten minutes.

   Seriously highly recommended, the food was absolutely delicious and amazing (they are one of the best that I have had out of so many Chinese takeaways - seriously). The Service was prompt and fast, we did not have to wait long to collect or freshly cooked food, after we made our order.

   We ordered a birthday meal for 4 from here which seemed fine - BUT the bill came to £87 so we expected special food!! WE DID NOT GET IT The food was inedible and caused some upset stomachs amongst the 4 of us To add to this they sold us 20 yuk sung instead of 4 as requested! The pork filling being laced with salt - it all went in the bin BE WARNED IT IS THE WORST TAKE AWAY WE HAVE EVERY HAD!!!!

   I put in a large order, people were very polite and accurate. The mushrooms were unwashed and left grit, the chicken was not a good thing. I would have preferred to email the restaurant but I couldn't find an address. This is not a bad review but maybe a look at practice within the resturant

   Ordered meal tonight, prawn crackers weren't delivered. When contacted Happy House was immediately faced with "we're busy can we add to next order"........ no, I would like them delivered please. Was told they would get to me as soon as possible. 1 hour 20 minutes later.... arrived. Nice food but very poor service Happy House. Very disappointed, not sure there will be a next order as this is not the first time order hasn't been correct. Appreciate the apology, appreciate your were busy, but not good enough.
