   By far, the worse afternoon tea we've had. The vegetarian option consisted of just cheese and tomato sandwiches. The cakes were very dry, some inedible. And the cream that came with the scone, was clearly stored incorrectly as it was crumbly. Even the tea wasn't great - it had been sat in the pot for a good 10 mins and it was very weak.

   Great location and very tasty food. We ate here for lunch in mid October Half Term and were pleased that this roomy eatery didn't get too busy and noisy. The views are excellent and worth the extra you probably pay. We were pleasantly surprised at the catering for coeliac diners (the fish and chips are gluten free by default and delicious). Well worth considering.

   Had fish and chips, only ate half of it. Started to feel ill after half an hour of eating it and I've been ill for over 4 days. GP reckons it's possible fish poisoning, it was the only thing I had eaten that day. My Fiancee had about 4 bits of it and when we got home had diarrhoea. Good service and atmosphere though.

   a great place overlooking the sea, sat in a very grand room. Lovely staff well looked after while visiting. Food was fantastic and the afternoon tea for 1 was amazing, a great place for someone traveling alone and needing some time out to refresh the mind. I cant wait to eat there again. A fantastic experience.

   Lovely spot at the end of the Grand Pier. A wonderful cream tea experience followed by a Mimosa which wasn’t on the menu but the team made a plan and so appreciated. Great way to spend the early afternoon. If you make a reservation simply show it at the entrance to the Grand Pier and you will be able to enter at no cost!

   Absolutely shocking service, over an hour wait for food, Guiness is poured from a can. Definitely will not come here again. Can't rate the food. I haven't had any yet

   Superb atmosphere in this wonderfully quiet corner (or end even) of Weston's pier. The restaurant/tea room has the all round windows giving great views of Weston Super Mare. The food was good and the service friendly and sharp.

   Visited on New Years Bank Holiday. We were told there was a 30min. delay for food but after more than an hours wait, and with children running around the tables for the whole time, we left. Poor response from staff regarding children, and our wait.

   Tiffanys Restaurant is a nice place to hang out with a friend for brunch. However, their customer service is so poor. The food we ordered took much time and while waiting we were informed that what we preferred (chicken skewers) was not available. We had to change to chicken burger. Unfortunately, my friend’s bun was really burnt. She couldn’t eat her burger.

   Had a delightful afternoon tea. Great spot for families. Scones were to die for, staff lovely. Takeaway boxes available for left over cakes. Dad had the scampi and loved it. Bathrooms clean and working.
