   Review: Hub Box, Cardiff Bay Hub Box in Cardiff Bay is a great spot for a casual family meal with fantastic views. My family and I visited recently and took advantage of the lunch deal, which at under £12 for a burger, side, and a beer, felt like a real bargain. The beer was good, but the burger was the star of the show – absolutely fantastic and packed with flavour. The whole experience was really enjoyable, made even better by the pleasant views overlooking the bay. It's a great option if you're looking for a tasty and well-priced meal in a lovely location.

   Visited with two friends and we all loved our experience! I ordered the bbq burger, a side caesar salad, and shared fries, all of which were delicious. We also had some of the £5 cocktails, which were pretty great for the price. Our server was really attentive as well :)

   Our first time visiting here, staff were friendly and as we arrived a lot early for our booking we sat outside and ordered drinks. A table became available and so we were seated quickly. Unfortunately only one cider was gluten free which was no good for myself. Food on the other hand had several gluten free options which meant I had plenty of choice. The food came and tasted amazing and I will definitely be visiting again I just really hope there's more choice for beer for those with celiac disease. My other criticism is staff were so busy trying to get you to pay to leave so they could free up the table and neglected to show you the card machine screen so you could double check the bill was correct apart from that it was a great experience.

   Absolutely love this place. Great service, freshly prepared breakfasts and epic coffee. I had the gluten free smashed avo and poached eggs, whilst mum had the full vegan breakfast, which came with smashed avo, sourdough bread, vegan bacon, baked beans, hashbrowns and tomatoes. Waitress was also brilliant and the atmosphere will definitely see us come back.

   A fantastic restaurant located in the heart of Mermaid quay. The food and staff are ours with a hugely welcome smile on arrival and a fantastic run through of the menus and associated options. The drinks menu was extremely extensive with both made to order cocktails and craft beers as well as soft and hot drinks. The food was just as good as the welcome, very well presented as explained and importantly very tasty. Even with the choice for food in this location this places staff, food and ambiance had it full every time we passed. This will be our go to place in Cardiff. A***

   A really good addition to the bay dining scene. High quality burgers, great sides and an interesting drinks list. A mountain of options for the vegetarian burger lover, we tried the Beyond Burger with veggie bacon and the Haloumi burger, both outstanding, with mountains of skin-on fries. The restaurant is nicely designed with a rustic beach vibe and large bar. Highly recommended.
