   Not has good as it used to be, think it has changed hands, ordered Tandoori Chicken Tikka which used to be fab, arrived dark red chicken covered with red food colouring...don't think this chicken was cooked in a Tandoori oven like it used to be! the Lamb Balti was swimming in oil with a slice of orànge? ..rice was OK, arrived with 2 Chinese spring rolls?

   This used to be a little gem around the corner from us tasty and good value but it's now been taken over by something calling itself Fairwater Balti which is ironic as its the worst curry I've ever eaten no flavour at all - fancy bags and a website are all well and goof but they are no substitute for flavour and taste. We were regular customers at the former takeaway we will not be returning to the latest version. Yuck over priced yuck. Gutted

   Just awful, we phoned to ask what was used on the rice to make some of it fluorescent green and scarlet red as my daughter is breast feeding but the person wouldn’t answer, he just said that if we went again he would give us a free item. Which we very politely rejected as we definitely would not be a returning customer.

   Do not eat here. The quality of food is awful. The boiled rice was covered in food dye, trying to pass as pilau rice. The popadoms are salty. The starter was a sloppy greasy mess. I called to give feedback and the restaurant did not care. Very disappointing.

   I preordered before the restaurant opened at about 5:20 pm. Despite leaving a few messages asking where the food was and being told it was en-route the food finally arrived at 8:00 pm. This is not acceptable and is not the first time that delivery has been so bad. No apology just told they were busy. Lovely food always good food but a three hour wait for cold food means I won’t order from here again: our large Christmas party will be looking for an alternative option.

   We decided to give this place a go as they left a leaflet through our postbox. We called them, placed our order and was told delivery will take 1 hour 10 mins. Despite the long wait, we persevered. After 1.15 hours, I called and was told it was on its way and to give it another 15 mins. 20 mins later, I called again and they then said ‘oh the driver couldn’t find your house so he’s now back in the restaurant’. When I started complaining, he slammed the phone down on me. Note that we did not receive any calls asking for directions or receive any notification that it was not being delivered. This is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had and rest assured, we will not ordering from this place ever again. Their leaflet is now in our bin. It is a shame if their food is delicious. You’ve lost a customer for good!

   Recently had a name change from Fairwater Tandoori to Fairwater Balti. Ordered food from this place twice in the past two weeks and have collected it from the shop each time. Last occasion we had chicken tikka pathia, chicken tikka korma and a chicken tikka kebab with mushroom rice and pilau rice, bombay potato and plain naan breads. All the dishes were extremely tasty with lots of flavour and the chicken tikka cooked beautifully. The Naan breads seemed to have been cooked fresh and were lovely and fluffy. All in all an excellent meal.

   The food was fantastic from this take away today. I and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. We had an absolute pleasure of a driver named Lucy who made us laugh. She was exremely friendly and fast. She's made the experience 5/5, Highly recommend Fairwater Tandoori!

   We were recommended the Fairwater Tandoori and we were not disappointed. We have ordered 4 meals from them to date. Whilst the delivery times have varied this is not a problem for us as it's well worth the wait. We can recommend the lamb tikka bhuna but everything is beautifully cooked and piping hot. Friendly and polite service
