Had a fantastic meal from Annie's Fish bar! The food was piping hot and the portion sizes were exactly what you want from an proper chippy! We also had a portion of Chicken curry with chips and the chicken was immense! Thank you so much guys! We will be back.
Really friendly service, extremely easy to order online and order ready on collection. A proper, friendly village chippy. The mini fish was very mini, but the large cod was huge. Good size chips. The fish was a little dry. Will definitely go back.
Only tried this place for the first time tonight as we were looking for a quick fish and chips and sadly have none in Taffs Well. Order arrived incredibly quickly, delivered by a friendly lady. The food was delicious, fresh and generous helpings. It's hard to keep fish and chips crispy on the road but no complaints from me. Absolutely stuffed from a regular chips and cod, and my partners cod bites and fritters were spot on too. Will definitely be coming back for more - though we'll be walking to Tongwynlais to keep it off our hips in future!
First-class Chip shop; my wife suffers from coeliac and is very intolerant to gluten; the care that is taken here for those who suffer from specific dietary requirements is fantastic. My wife is extremely confident in eating here which she isn't at most places.
Ordered fish, chips, mushy peas and curry sauce over the phone and went to pick it up. Food was ready to go when I arrived with friendly staff providing good service. Food was great. No complaints.
Lovely food and Annie is very personable and honest. Put through a large cod instead of mini cod and refunded without quibble. Kebab meat is tasty too. Portion sizes are generous.
Noticed this place was open last week after the building being empty for years. I wanted to try it, and I will be going back!! Very impressed with the Fish supper and a sausage. Cooked to order but not a long wait. Fresh, very tasty and a nice chat too. Well done!
