I go here quite often and the food is always good. It's never been too busy when I've been there, ordering is easy, and staff are polite and seem happy. Nice service station in general too, definitely recommend.
Service was very swift , ambience in this moto is seriously lacking. Seating area bleak and functional . Tidy and clean on time of visit
Stayed in the services hotel, worked 15 hours knowing burger king would be open to get food but surprised when they closed 2 hours early leaving 3 of us with no option for food as no other company delivers to Cardiff west services. Very disappointed and will not return here.
Very speedy service here today, which in my experience is unusual for a BK and I was very pleasantly surprised. Well done to the crew. However a lack of soft drinks options while placing my order means a reduction to 4* instead of 5.
Waited a while for our order, but when ready, server explained hadn't put the fries in early enough. Compensated with free cheese bites and chicken fries. Honestly wasn't bothered about the wait, but nice of the staff to recognise a potential issue and take action.
Most patheticly small burger I've ever been served. £8 for this and some fries. Server's didn't seem to know which order belonged to whom.
