Gurkha Hill provided our wedding food for 150 guests at the weekend delivered and served at Gileston Manor. The food was amazing and so many guests commented on how good it was. Thanks again for your service it has been a pleasure.

We’ve been a few times now and brought family and friends here, we absolutely love Gurkha hill Last night could have been the best meal we’ve ever had, naan breed was amazing, tried the momo for first time wow! Everest lamb and himali chicken were insanely tasty and flavoursome with a good heat Staff are great and love the Nepalese touch to the place
First class meal ! We shall definitely be returning.. wow. Staff very friendly and polite. We opted for the sharing starter for two, portions great. Our mains stunning, we will be back.
What a fantastic place to eat . Used to be the crown pub , but now Gurkha hill. The food here gets better every time I’ve eaten here . If you like Indian cuisine then this is another level, flavour of every dish make your taste buds glows . Eating here , you wont be disappointed. Enjoy
If you haven’t eaten at this restaurant, you are truly missing out. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the food is outstanding. We eat in as much as we can but if we can’t, the takeaway is exactly the same quality and eating in. They cater for most dietary requirements and the food is so clean in taste. It is presented very well and tastes fantastic . We absolutely love going to this restaurant, it’s the best.
Had a lovely evening with my partner here. The food was gorgeous and the service was friendly and attentive. The rice dishes could have been a bit more generous though. I think the atmosphere could be enhanced with better lighting, maybe lamps on the tables rather than the stark pub ceiling lights. All in all we had a very nice time .

We enjoyed our dishes here, visiting from London and needing a dinner on a Sunday night. The host asked what kind of dishes we already liked, then kindly tweaked the dish to suit our taste or made suggestions. I enjoyed the King Prawns, that were actually king size compared to other restaurants, they were cooked every well with mango and onion sauce. Extra chillies too. The smoked clay ovan dishes with chicken work really well. We would eat here again and recommend to others.
