Food was delivered hot. The korma is one of the best I've ever had. Lovely breads and perfect rice.

2 hours later than expected. Food was cold. Expensive at £95 for 3 people. I am sure we were overcharged. Flavour ok. Go to Indiaah or new brothers. Much nicer. First and last for me.

Whatever you do, do not order from this place (goes by “Rice n Shine” on Uber Eats). Unless you’re into culinary roulette and customer service delivered by stand-up comedians. I used to go to this restaurant regularly. After tonight, I’m questioning every life decision that led me to that point. We ordered three vegetarian dishes: • A soy-based main (received… lamb chops) • Garlic naan (came as plain naan — garlic must’ve called in sick) • Eggplant masala (which, I kid you not, was boiled eggs in masala sauce) Thinking this was some innocent mistake, we rang them up. The guy answered like we’d just interrupted his nap and politely asked us to “call back in five minutes” — as if we were chasing a mate for a pint, not calling about eggs where aubergine should be. We did call back. Enter “the boss,” who confidently claimed the menu wasn’t his, blamed Uber Eats entirely, and then genuinely asked, “How else am I supposed to make the dishes?” No apology. No solution. Just vibes. Easily the most surreal takeaway experience of my life. It felt less like dinner and more like a hidden camera show. Safe to say I won’t be back to the restaurant - unless the boss is doing stand up.

Nice little restaurant for an impromptu meal out on my own. Restaurant empty which surprised me for a Friday night. Staff were a little curt but not unfriendly. Took my order promptly. No issues with the modifications I asked for. Food came out quickly and the portion was generous. The buryani was a little underspiced but it was still very nice with lots of chicken breast. The keema naan had no kick but again the flavour was good so more an observation than a complaint. Cost was about 1/3 more than a takeaway but it was a pleasant meal. I think that sums up my experience here nicely. It wasn't amazing, but not bad either. It was pleasant.

Had a pathia, madras hot. Beautiful! Was hotter than a usual madras but just on my limit which was good. Very nice and i say that when usually I eat my curries in Birmingham and don’t leave reviews or a tip. These guys got 10%!

Ordered for a set time and arrived 40 mins early. Called and asked for delivery at time agreed and was told they'll reheat it and send it back. Cancelled order. Waste of time.
