   Myself and my husband had Sunday lunch which was better than any we have had anywhere else before. Seriously delicious meat, vegetables also cooked to perfection, plenty of them served pipping hot. Staff are very polite and attentive. We will definitely be back again and we will bring the whole family. Thank you all for such a lovely experience.

   A great pub between Cardiff and Talbot Green. Great service with staff who are friendly and efficient. Food was very good and reasonably priced, cooked well and thoroughly without being overcooked. I've not been here for a while and the owners have since changed but the standard of service has remained excellent as has the food. Will definitely be back. Thank you

   Great little pub just off the motorway. It was very busy when we visited with no tables available, but they let us use a booked table if we were quick (40 minutes). The food was excellent (Steak pie) with exceptionally flaky pastry. Warm welcome from staff. Reasonably sized car park (see photos) but was quite full so plan accordingly. All in all a very nice visit.

   Great service, very friendly welcoming and catered for us and our baby without making us feel like we were a burden on them at a very busy time. Food was great if your after good winter cosy food. Specials menu very obvious aswell.

   A very nice pub with good food. 6 of us ate lunch for less than £190. 2 or 3 courses (some had 2 some 3) including drinks, so just over £30 each (food £20 drinks £10 ish I reckon). Traditional feel and serving some good beer (nice pint of directors, which you don't see too often). Well worth a visit

   Delicious food , great portions and reasonably priced! Staff were very friendly with excellent service. Ordered the homemade tomato soup followed by steak & ale pie , very tasty! The Autumn crumble was just perfect with the ice-cream . Will definitely go back. Thankyou for a perfect lunch! 10/10

   Stayed close to here for Bike Park Wales so this became the watering hole. What fantastic little pub. The locals really couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. What a lovely group of people they were. Will definitely be back next time I’m at the bike park.
