   Food ok when you dine in, but delivery food total different !! Shocking is a understatement, the wait time is between 1 hour to an hour and a half. They should have the same quality in or out, but unfortunately not!!!! Come on guys sort it out.

   First time I've visited this Indian restaurant and I was extremely pleased with the experience. From entering the property until leaving it, the staff were extremely polite, helpful and really looked after you. The food was really, really good for each of the four of us in my party. The cost was very reasonable indeed. I will be returning in the near future, it was that good.

   We hadn't been here before but we've recently moved to Bleadon so decided to give it a go as it was local and I booked a table for a party of six. When we arrived there were already people standing waiting in reception and I said that we had a table booked. The waiter looked surprised to see us and then rushed off with no explanation and no indication of how long we'd have to wait. Everyone was rushing around and people were left standing with no attempt to update any of us on what was going on. I spoke to one customer who advised us not to bother and said they'd waited 90 minutes for their table! We were lucky in comparison and were seated within 30 minutes. We then had to ask for drinks menus and then ask for food menus and it just felt like all the staff were in a state of panic! I will say that when we did eventually get our food, we all agreed that it was very good and that is the reason for two stars rather than one. I get that they were busy but we had booked and so they should have ensured that tables were ready on time for customers with reservations. It appeared to me that they had tried to squeeze extra people in, rather than turn them away, and this was at the expense of customers who had bothered to book! Will we return? Not sure. The service was abysmal and the impression given was one of disorganised amateurs but the food was good so we may give them one more chance before we write them off.

   Service is really friendly. The amount of food you get with the Thursday deal is incredible for the price. Quality of the food is also great, and the menu has a real good range of options. Definitely recommend visiting this place

   I have to say, I really enjoyed our visit to indian massala! I have been many times before and I always enjoy it! When we walked in at 7pm, the restaurant was full of people which is always a good sign of business! Although busy, the service was really good and the food was excellent. There was a slight delay in the food coming out but we were offered a complimentary drink which was great service. On a wednesday and Thursday evening they offer a normal menu but also a £12.95 meal deal which includes a starter, a main course and also a side dish aswell. I ordered a mixed kebab starter followed by the cottage special biriyani with mushroom bhaji from the £12.95 menu. The food really was excellent! The only down side was that i couldn't eat it all but i was offered the take away packaging to take the rest home with me which was half... there was so much food! All in all an excellent place for food and service. Top marks to all at Indian massala! Regards Russell.

   By far the best Indian in the Weston/Bleadon area. The food is Delicious and still can't see how they make it for the price. Can't believe I lived in Weston-Super-Mare for 15 years and only just found this gem.

   I don’t usually do the wed or Thursday deals but I thought let give it a go. The mix kebabs was dry, main course arrived 20+ late everything was cold. I could not eat my food. We waited for the table to be cleared but no one came. We then went to pay and left. No one asked us is everything ok. Worse place I have ever been too. I know my curry and that was left over that no one wanted and they re- heated and serve on their deals. The place was very quiet so no excuse for a bad service and the bad food. Will I return I don’t think so.

   Ordered a takeaway whilst on holiday at Warren Farm. From the moment I entered the door the staff were super attentive and offered me a soft drink on the house. The food was stunning, best Indian I've ever eaten, it was still hot by the time I got back to the holidays site. Food along with the service 10/10!! Would highly recommend!! Will be looking to sit in next time! :)
