Very nice friendly guy hence why rating 3 or would have done 2. Prawns and especially the squid were stale. Hard chewy could tell reheated. Nice people though
Ordered food at 19:00 for my family - 1 hour lead time. Called at 20:00 to be told they would start cooking it now. Guy was rude, said they were busy and asked "What do you want me to do about it? We're busy now!!" Will never use them again. His reply is a clear representation of how they approach customer service.

Dreadful! Never revieceved order and when rang to see where it was, they insisted that their driver had delivered it. There has been no delivery to my house. Checking ring doorbell footage shows noone has been. Still they insist it's been delivered even when I asked them what colour my door was and they gave the wrong colour. Apparently it's not their problem and they're not sending out food paid for as the driver says he delivered to the correct house. Bunch of liars! I wonder if they even cooked any food or it's just some scam they're running to pocket customers money... Got called a liar and son got told he didn't know his own address... Will never use again and will word of mouth advise people to avoid at all cost. ETA Shame on you! Yes eventually got refunded from just eats after multiple emails over a week after it happened. It's taken you nearly a month to respond to the review. Maybe if the person on the phone didn't accuse us of stealing the food and tried the fix the problem then I wouldn't have left a bad review or have to chase a refund through justeats. Your staff are rude and obnoxious and so are you.
Unsure of the bad reviews under this place as we had a great experience! I wanted soup as I was feeling under the weather and so we ordered on the website and collected roughly 15 minutes later! Food was hot and quite yummy, and we were even given free prawn crackers. My wonton soup was delicious! The staff were also lovely!
Very nice food but my daughter was a little bit sick in the night at about 1 30 am or I’m probably wrong it might’ve been quarter past past 1 am in the morning at night early hours of Saturday morning and from what she ate on the Friday it was very nice for me and my partner and my son and plus can you please give me a menu if possible or if that’s possible wrather but just to be lucky I’ll still come here again maybe next week never using it again . I will never use this place again
No good place. I found a dead fly in my sweet and sour chicken ball...DISCUSTING....To make matters worse, their fillet steak was tough and expensive...MUCH BETTER CHINESE TAKEAWAYS ON WELFORD ROAD...BEWARE
Delivered very promptly and food hot, however too much liquid in dishes with sauce. Having ordered close to £40 plus a delivery charge of £2.50, they still added a 50p service charge and unbelievably 10p for a bag, how else were they going to deliver. First and last time for me with Ruby. Overall not that good......
Cold overcooked food, prawns still had all their guts, I'm guessing reheated food from days past rather than fresh. After a few bites it went in the bin and I had toast instead. Waste of £30
My family and I came to Ruby for the first time this evening. We ordered the udon off of their new menu (both the chicken and king prawn udon) with a side of fried rice. The quality really was excellent, not greasy in the slightest and packed with flavour. I wouldn't hesitate to grab a takeaway from here again!
