Came in 20 minutes The fastest yet ! Usually quick delivery but this time was unbelievable. Food was really nice as usual can't fault the service and food. Glad we found this place 5 years ago
I believe this is the best food I have ever ordered on uber eats. So fresh, tasty, so many flavors. I can’t really believe I paid around 20’£ for it. Delivery was late around 15 Minutes, but it was worth to wait. Packaging really high quality. I was forced to move the food to the plate because it was to hot :-) Highly recommended and you can be proud of you. Pepper was sooo crispy and good. Prawns on toast….OMG
Shocking customer service. Ordered food and told within the hour for delivery. 2.5 hours later and still no food. Will NOT use again unfortunately. Not one apology. Shame as it has always been amazing.
Absolutely shocking...we've always used this place as they can cater for the families allergies. But this evening...they messed up the order then refuse to recook our order leaving us with half an order!! We never change our order due to the allergies. So to be told that the chef is declining to cook again because they are too busy and a driver short is not acceptable. Shocking!!!!!
We ordered twice over the Christmas period as our usual Chinese take away place had closed. The first time food was fine (nothing special but okay), and delivered within 45 minutes. Decided to order again on Christmas Eve (as we always did in the past with our previous place with no issues or delays in delivery), and had a confirmation it would be delivered roughly 50 minutes later. After an hour and 40 minutes, we called and it took a long time to get through. When we finally did, they struggled to find our order and when they finally did we were told it would take another 30 minutes (albeit with some form of apology). 40 minutes later we called again as it still hadn't been delivered and we were told it was going out soon so another 15-20 minutes, this time with more exasperation and no apology. We finally got the food 2 hours and 40 minutes after we'd ordered and one of the dishes was wrong! Of course we ate it because we were so hungry and again the food was fine but not worth waiting for. We understand it could be a busier night but we were told there was a lack of delivery drivers which contributed to th delay so that could have easily been avoided, they surely know it would be a busy night?! Therefore cannot recommend and we wouldn't order there again, some form of compensation should have been offered, bad service.
This was my go to Chinese takeaway until I moved out of the area but haven't found anywhere better. Food is great, staff excellent. Delivery service available if in catchment area.
I ordered via Uber Eats, waited 20mins beyond the 40-60mins that was quoted, the app stated it was 'on its way', i called to find out what was happening only to find they hadn't even started my order yet. I was told to cancel the order through the app for a refund (which didn't solve my hanger issues). but that was not possible because the order was 'being processed'.
Absolutely disgusting. The chicken tasted gone off. The sauce was disgusting. The noodles and chips were dripping in grease and all lukewarm.
Ordered food at 7 was told delivery at 8 called several times was told its on way in 5-10 minutes still waiting at 8,46 won't ordered again from here was a regular customer till now
