   Ordered food early Saturday evening-expected a delay as it was a Saturday evening but despite ringing twice we still didn’t get our food until 9pm. Food good but will never use again at peak times ( this isn’t the first time we’ve had a ridiculous wait).

   Very very poor service, this place has gone down hill rapidly. Lying to customers about how long food will take and then leave customers food lying around going cold before delivery. Used this place many years this will now be the last time. Shocking!

   It's with disappointment as this establishment has been half decent for many years. Especially the extra Thai choices. I hate complaining I realise it's a busy environment especially on weekends. Everyone has a. Off day. But having read others similar it's a concern. Our Sweet and sour chicken balls were off and i mean it made us physically sick. Not sure if it was the chicken or the batter. I tried a big one and a smaller one just incase they undercooked. But it weren't that. Couldn't eat either. The beef curry had a strange texture. No flavour. The Singapore noodles and chips were the only nice bits although they've dramatically changed the portion of chips, not £3 worth anymore. For £30 - £40. Not the standard these have had in the past.

   Avoid at all costs. TERRIBLE CHINESE. Over priced, order always wrong, when you try to solve the issue the customer service is awful. Food not even nice, will never use this Chinese ever again!!

   Disgraceful Tried to con me by saying they wouldn't deliver to me unless I pay an extra £2 no doubt it was the delivery driver chancing his luck Paid in full no additional costs Now I have no food and have to wait 3-5 days for refund What an absolute shambles of a restaurant Do not order from here ever so unprofessional

   Been a loyal customer for 20 years! Imagine my daughters 10 th birthday no lettuce rolls turned up .. called up they resent them with no lettuce . Rang back up after 1.5 hrs to be told by Wayne who works there I need to understand problems my little girl had no food whilst I rang for a refund to be told ok we’ll collect all the food how unbelievably shocking!!! And to be charged a extra £2.30 for there mix up! After tonight jade garden you have lost a hood handful of customers all from having the wrong staff.. and ruining my little ones cinema family night with a Chibese
