Genuinely had a brilliant experience here today! The food was perfect, hot and fresh. Our server, Ansha was so attentive and lovely. Nothing was too much for her, she was so helpful and quite honestly, seemed to display everything someone in a customer facing position should, and more! Every member of staff was polite in their interactions and greetings.
MJ was an absolute delight! She was incredibly friendly and took the time to recommend dishes and explain everything in detail. Her service was attentive without being intrusive, and she checked on us throughout our meal to make sure everything was perfect. She truly made our dining experience exceptional.
Deepthi made the whole experience form start to finish absolutely amazing. Asked for a warm areas u got it. And the food was delicious and she made my choice of lasagne and wow thanks to this amazing experience
Desserts at this establishment are exquisite. The service was excellent with very friendly staff. Would heavily recommend the Apple and Blueberry Pie. We’ll be returning soon.
Good food, great staff. Meat in burgers very well seasoned and prepared. Children's menu - a large selection of good dishes.
Nice and cosy place with pasta and pizza options. We tried carbonara and meat bull classic. Both were very tasty. I would say it a bit on the pricy side. Each portion is a minimum of 12£. As its quite popular, it could be very busy with a queue for tables, but we were offered a table only in few minutes.
Service was ok, food was ok or bland, but the prices, outrageous. It must be the rent here, I had the burger which was passable but so salty I wanted to assault the soda fountain. The portions have clearly been visited by shrinkflation, normal these days I guess,chips in cups for example, clever presentation but your stomach notices. The Bolognese however was embarrassing,like toblerone you can go too far. Just raise the price because it lowers your brand people. There was practically no meat in whatsoever and very little sauce. It's the tagliatelle you can see in the pics. Ok. Below average when accounting for price. Disabled access on lower level,we didn't book but there was plenty of room, now I know why:(
Popped in for a lovely meal after shopping today (Thursday 3rd Nov). The BBQ brisket chips are really good, and we enjoyed the meatballs for our main. Service was really good, however our main did take some time to come out, but that didn’t bother us as we weren’t in a rush. I believe it was Connor who served us, and he was such a delight. He checked on us constantly, was very friendly, positive and easy to talk to! So thank you so much, and hope to come again soon!
My Wife and I visited Cardiff yesterday 2/4/2022 for a very relaxed weekend due to both working in the NHS. We decided on eating with Frankie and Bennys. Upon arrival we were greeted and told there would be a 20 min wait which was fine. After 15 minutes we were seated and then greeted by a very well presented and lovely young man called Connor who took our orders. The food was fantastic as always and we weren't disappointed. This is a place we would return to and also let friends and family no.
