Fantastic food Boxing Day whent for 12 meals plus extras 20 min all food ready piping hot all my family and friends enjoyed their meals once again excellent
the food was that salty it burnt my tastebuds, me and my father then spent the rest of the night throwing up. not happy at all.
Disappointing Experience – Wrong Order & Terrible Customer Service! I ordered vegetarian spring rolls, but what I received was non-vegetarian meat spring rolls. I went back to the restaurant to explain the mistake, but the staff completely ignored my concerns. They claimed that I didn’t mention it was vegetarian when I ordered, even though I clearly did! The lack of accountability and poor customer service was extremely frustrating. They showed no willingness to resolve the issue or make it right. I will definitely not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service or quality food.
Ordered via direct website for pick up. We went for the £11 mixed starters, cantonese mixed meat, fried rice, curry sauce, chips. Food was ready on time and handed to me hot. Unfortunately it went down hill once we got the food home and started eating, it was a cliche of very poor chinese food. The prawn toasts had only a tiny (if any) prawns in them, the ribs appeared like they’d already been eaten (very little meat on), the fried rice was clearly re-heated in the microwave (very dry and shrunk rice grains), the curry sauce had powdery lumps in it, the cantonese sauce frankly tasted rank and we could not finish it despite pretending it was medicine! The chips were plentiful but hard and hollow, again suggesting re-heating. Now we’re not people to give bad reviews lightly and we have experience of eating many cuisines from around the world but this was truly a waste of money, sorry Panda House you appear lovely people but you need to buck up your ideas and serve edible food since people are paying good money to you.

Extremely delicious food - definitely the best Chinese meal I've eaten by miles and I've eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants. Will definitely be back here again.
So, ordered and waited over an hour to be delivered for the order to be wrong. Rather than send a replacement meal… they come and collect the partial meal and make us wait for a replacement… are they just re-heating and adding to the original order? Avoid and use jade garden. Used while these panda was closed. More expensive, but never got an order wrong. Now still waiting for our order over 2 and half hours later!
Ordered, spent nearly £90 on an order for four people. Latest delivery was 08:50, we didn’t receive it till 09:45. We did call the restaurant at 09:10 to ask about the order and we were told because it was a large order they are making sure we get the best quality but it would be 15 minutes longer. The starters were dry and came with no dipping sauces. They had lashings of onions and peppers yet no flavour? We ordered 4x Salt and Pepper starters and literally none of them had salt or pepper on, nevermind any other seasonings. The prawn toast was abismal and turned to dust when you touched it. The only main that had any flavour or substance was the Malaysian special mixed meat; and that was purely because it had chilli seeds in it. We ordered 4x mains and none of the rest had anything to them. I never make reviews as i like to support small businesses, and after reading the other ones i thought we were in for a treat but clearly not. This was one of the only chinese takeaways open near us as it was a bank holiday, please don’t accept orders if you cannot be bothered to cook the food correctly or add any flavour. will never order again.
I highly recommend this Chinese takeaway! OK sauce dry beef shredded and char siu chicken fried rice! Very tasty! Tastes great !
