We have used Ruby for a while now and it’s been ok , we had a meal delivered tonight the aromatic crispy duck was appalling, we just about managed to separate the pancakes into 3 , no more orders from us sorry
Absolutely appalling service. Before placing our order, and again whilst waiting for the order we specifically asked if delivery at a certain time was possible, as my husband had to leave for work. We were assured it wouldn’t be a problem. The order then arrived over 45 minutes late, meaning my husband didn’t have anything to eat. When we called to cancel due to the delay, the owner refused and was incredibly rude, placing the blame entirely on the driver. No apology, no accountability – just a horrible rude attitude. The food, when it finally turned up, was cold, soggy, and clearly left sitting around. To make matters worse, after she refused to cancel our order, when we said we’d be leaving a review, the owner literally said she ‘didn’t care’ and it makes her reviews look genuine!. Save yourself the frustration – absolutely avoid this place!
Ordered 4 dishes for less than 22 pounds with free prawn crackers (order over $15)...those are in good portions so its worth the money. Beef and chicken are tasty and you don't smell of frozen food as usually found in takeaways. I visited this shop by chance and its a good surprise that I really enjoyed the food. Fried rice and fried noodles are above average in my opinion....as a Chinese. There are many Asian takeaway shops around that area and I just found out why this shop has the highest rating from customers on Google map. Well done
Love this place, loads of options and they are happy to make stuff gluten free/vegan. Always proper nice
1st visit and I'm coming back. I had vermicelli noodles and crispy chicken wings. I was surprised at the choice of container for the noodles but it worked well, kept them hot. The portion sizes are very generous, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Sorry, but just 2 (. I order prawn soup, but bring me mushroom soup, the same situation with chicken. And it's not tasty. I know to mane place with better and cheaper food in Rugby. Delivery for 40 min .
Probably one of the nicest Chinese meals I've ever had! Shame I'm not local or I'd buy from here always but this was the most delicious food! Lovely friendly service, great staff, extremely clean, cooked fresh and easy to park near by! One of best I've tried thanks!
