   Never got the food . Ordered food (as it was online on just eat ) and was told on just eat that the placed was closed and my delivery would coming tomorrow ( this was 1:30 am ) and it would come 7pm the next day … so obviously i cancelled it . They rang me 5 mins later saying my food was ready and id have to re order and pay another £30 for my food to come (which was confusing as they were closed ) So that’s £60 in total . I re ordered trusting them and nothing come of it ??? They tried to ring to say nothing come through on their end for another delivery… by the end of a 30 min conversation and the endless excuses and problem I just blocked them it was 2am and I was just over it . So I lost money and very clearly got scammed

   Excellent food and the best Chinese I've had in a long while. Will return. Service took a while but fair does the food is cooked on the spot. Its a take away and the "atmosphere" is less than glamorous but that's fine. Food rating a strong 4 which is good given the age of the building.

   Placed order online got accepted we then had a notification 5mins later our order was declined, told we were too far away we have been regulars for a long time. I made contact by phone and was told the road were too busy and it may take 2 hours at 7.30pm all evening traffic had cleared unfortunately they have no lost a customer

   Sorry to say, because we've been ordering there for years and found them very good, but they've been appalling lately. Loads of missed items, wrong items, that kind of thing but we've taken it in good humour out of loyalty, sometimes not even mentioning it. But the other day they sent out duck with mushrooms instead of duck in plum sauce, and when we phoned to ask for the right item, the lady rudely insisted that they'd sent duck with plum sauce. I felt like I was through to a lunatic asylum, I'm sat there looking at this duck with mushrooms and she's saying "No! That's right! Duck with plum!" And I'm saying "but it's NOT duck with plum, there is no plum, only mushrooms" She wouldn't accept it. So I had to say "Well okay then. We will never order from you again." And we won't. Terrible way to treat loyal customers.
