Been ordering for over 10 years never had a problem tonight ordered and delivery driver would not bring food up to flat the main doors are not my front door and if I'm paying for delivery i would expect it to delivered to my front door well due to the delivery driver they will now lose a customer
Always had good food from here , we ordered tonight was told food would be 10 mins ... went to pick food up and shop was shut .. had a call off shop 30mins later saying food was ready and why we hadn't collected it..... the lady on end of phone laughed when I asked if food was still hot .... disappointed as we were good customers
Ordered chicken balls and got prawn balls (LUCKILY, no one had allergies), and the chips weren't cooked properly. Was my first time ordering and will be my last.

Used the oriental and loved the oriental for over 13 years, but the last 3 orders have been terrible, missing items, uncooked, overcooked. Thought it was just a bad night maybe so gave a try again tonight and spent £40 and again its terrible, poppadoms are burnt, noodles overcooked, loads of items missing, its missing 2 boxes of seaweed, (apparently they don't don't more and replaced with crispy rolls) but its advertised and paid for. Absolutely shocking service, ordered via their site. 45 mins for delivery. Called at 45 minutes. Driver isn’t here yet so will be back in 10 minutes. So I asked how long has my food been sat waiting. Oh no the driver is here now I’m told. So I asked again how long has it been sat there? A lovely shouting response….you want this order or what? Want me to cancel it! What amazing customer service!!!!! And small businesses need our help in this situation! I for 1 am glad I was paying cash so didn’t have to argue to get my money back!!
Disappointed, I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have always requested items from the menu, requesting certain ingredients are not added due to food allergies, up until tonight, this had always been observed however, tonight an order of over £40 was waisted as all of the ingredients I had requested that were not added was ignored! When trying to contact the restaurant, I didn’t get anywhere and was constantly met with a busy engaged tone!
